The interior of the hotel is clean, neat, minimalistic. But the appearance is fear and horror, the feeling that your driver has the wrong address. The view from the window leaves much to be desired: an urban landfill of MSW. And the cherry on the cake is instant coffee for breakfast. Conclusion - for the same money, there are better options in the city of Karaganda.
I got to this hotel at a bad time - it was being renovated. Plus, the numbers were mixed up (there were two orders with the same last name and patronymic :)) Maybe because of this, the impression was not the most favorable.
Or maybe it's because the rooms are furnished with a claim to luxury, but at the same time it's cold, you have to turn on the heater (if it weren't for him, everything would be much worse), the bathroom is spacious, but the hot water in the sink drains for a long time, and the shower is clogged. There are cracked, dirty window frames behind good curtains.
In general, there was some kind of feeling of a candy made of ... Well, you know..
however, there were no specific joints. The staff behaved politely and met the wishes of the customers. Again, the heater was in the room in advance.
In general, a three.
The prices for the rooms are reasonable, the furnishings and furniture are good. The suites and junior suites are just great, the economy rooms unfortunately smell strongly of cigarette smoke (despite the fact that smoking is prohibited in the rooms). The prices in the cafe-bar-restaurant at the hotel are quite expensive, the assortment is average. The hotel is located near the train station, which is very convenient. There are various supermarkets, shopping malls, markets, cafes, restaurants, snack bars, car wash, etc.
Everything is fine, there is a shopping center nearby, a little far from the city center, but not too much. Work is underway to insulate the building. The room included an additional heater.
