We stayed at the hotel with our family in the middle of April. The very beginning of the season, the occupancy rate is 30 percent. Did you like it? Very! Friendly reception, delicious, varied cuisine, daily cleaning! Well, about the little things: - Internet is paid for 13 euros/week, you can borrow for any number of days - the water on the slides is turned on according to the schedule - you need to look for a beach towel dispenser (in the basement of the Spa) - the coffee in the restaurant's coffee machines is different in taste (apparently the strength is set differently in the settings) - there are several elevator groups in the hotel (not only the central one, for example, we saw a panoramic glass elevator on our last day of rest) - the rooms with sea views are very beautiful, but you can also hear the music from the pool, we lived on the 5th floor, I slept in earplugs - the audibility between the rooms is also excellent, you will have noiseless neighbors! - there was no special animation, but there were few hotel guests, the young people would be 100% bored, and the children occupied themselves. - take board games with you if you like to play, there are gorgeous sofas and tables for games in the hotel lobby. - there are no individual soap sets in the rooms, shampoo/shower gel in the dispenser in the shower, with liquid soap over the sink. - but there are cotton pads and sticks in individual packaging and shower caps! - there are no disposable toothbrushes either - in the room, there is a mini-bar with 1 drink in the refrigerator, as a compliment from the hotel (2 waters, 2 cokes, 2 juices) - a 1.5liter bottle of water was placed every other day - there are refrigerators throughout the hotel where you can take 0.33 liters of water (but I really felt sorry for so much plastic, I went with one, replenishing it from the room) - entering the sea is sand + pebbles, above is clean sand, the staff cleans, sifts - there are lifeguards on the beach, there are lifeguards in the pool, there are a lot of staff who keep order! Even walking along the beach in the evening feels safe! No one has ever come up to sell anything, no beads, no excursions- perfect!! - in general, I would like to mention the hotel staff: tables are cleaned instantly, food is constantly reported if something has fallen/spilled for 2 minutes and it's clean! - The chefs come out, they wonder if they liked everything! WiFi is paid for 10 days and 15 euros. The beach is sandy and pebbly, sun beds and mattresses are free. In one of the photos there are beautiful white verandah terraces with curtains by the pool. We were a family of 10 people from April 26 to May 4. Delicious and varied food, as it ends, they add it, the queues are fast, and every lunch and dinner is grilled. The cakes are not particularly tasty. Take the cake. Turkey is cooked deliciously, grilled fish is overdried. The waiters are quick to bring drinks to the table. Very friendly staff throughout the hotel. There are plenty of sun beds on the beach. The shower was not working well in the room and the ventilation was noisy, the problem was solved after the first contact at the reception. There is a Russian admin Paradise there. The room was frankly cleaned so-so. I don't think they even swept it. Just the bed and towels were put in order. The hotel is renovated, everything is new, the interior textiles, furniture are very good, high quality. And the pillows are bad ( Drinks at the bar are different, cocktails are made. I personally enjoyed the hotel. It was delicious, clean, no one was poisoned, the staff was friendly.
