Very nice house , warm, bright, in summer the apartment is not stuffy.There is a place to walk and shops nearby.The noise of the neighbors is not heard at all 👍
A good and convenient residential complex in my opinion, the only drawback is very thin wall walls in places. In general, everything is fine, and most importantly, the elevator is accessible to everyone.

One of the disadvantages is the lack of Parking. There are many apartments on the site.
A gorgeous house. The beach is in the courtyard . Treadmills along the embankment. Very developed infrastructure. It is easy and fast to get to any place in the city!
