A really cozy hotel with a convenient location and reasonable prices. The towels are snow-white and fluffy. The carpet is of very high quality, the same in the Marriot network. Everything is very clean, friendly staff at the reception. There is a cafe 200 meters away where various types of meat, kebabs, and national dishes are prepared at an affordable price. In general, everything is fine, the receptionists are responsive and the breakfast is normal, not just wow, but you can eat. BUT they walk on the carpets in the rooms in STREET shoes, which is why the carpets are so dirty. I was very disgusted to put my foot on these carpets without slippers. I don't know what those who put things out of a suitcase in the rooms are doing. FIX IT! WASH ALL CARPETS (give them to chemical cleaning!) and take off your shoes before entering the room. I often go to Tashkent, but I won't check into this hotel anymore because of these disgusting carpets, I don't know how many customers want to lose the hotel for this reason.

We booked a standard room through the Island, with a full prepayment. We arrived at night, the hotel said that their sewage system was broken and they would take us to another hotel, the moon, in my opinion, it is worse. When I was there, they put a man in an economy room, and another one was refused and he went to another hotel. I needed this location on principle. Unfortunately, another hotel in the area could no longer be booked on the island, overnight.
30-40 min. There was a showdown and we were settled, the sewage system was miraculously repaired and there were not even any traces of repairs left. As an apology, a discount in the amount of the tourist tax.
The hotel probably occupied a large group despite the lack of seats.
The cleaning is very poor, the carpets are dirty, the toilet is in the photo, and the towels smell unpleasant. One of the advantages: location - 7 minutes to the airport. by taxi, good bed linen. The breakfast was normal, but the table had to wait, it was just that big group.

We arrived at the hotel for 2 nights, checked into a room on the ground floor, and at first they gave us one room, when we started unpacking, the receptionist came running and asked us to move to another room, since this one was not meant for us, but she messed up something.Separately, about the administrators-it is unclear why they are praised-they either do not understand Russian, or they pretend not to understand, just smile.It's the same with English.It is extremely difficult to get any information from them.
As a result, the room we were given turned out to be impossibly smoky, although there were no smoking signs everywhere, of course no one changed the number.The shower is dirty, the carpet is dirty in the room.
It is also very noisy on the ground floor, there is no sound insulation, we heard the TV from the next room, only local channels are shown on TV.
Separately, about breakfast- we arrived closer to 10, all the tables are occupied with dirty dishes, which for some reason are not cleaned, there is no food, the salads are all withered.The next day, since we were leaving early, we were asked to pack a lunch box with us for breakfast, the administrator assured us that everything would be ready by the evening or in the morning, as a result, of course, they did not give us anything.

We checked into a room with windows facing the hall at night after the train. A room with two separate beds. I woke up in the middle of the night because I was bitten. Small drops of blood were found on the bed...
the girl at the reception was only able to offer me a change of bedclothes, which in the end did not save me from the bugs living in this room.
The hotel looks quite nice in the picture, but in fact we got beds with bedbugs (all things had to be washed and dried on arrival) and the light gray carpet, which was almost black from the mud that had settled.

This hotel had everything. I was lucky to live in this hotel in the coldest season of the year and enjoy taking a hot shower. All cleaning equipment is placed on the floors, you have to go around and breathe in the dust. The iron on our floor was not working, fortunately they gave the staff the opportunity to iron it. The only good thing about the hotel was the staff and the young people at the reception, who met us very hospitably. Otherwise, it's not worth your money at all.

There are no chairs in the rooms, rooms with two beds are cramped. I'm writing about this because I do exercises every morning and I couldn't turn around.
The sound insulation of the door is insufficient, you can hear everything that happens in the corridor.
The rooms themselves are clean. There are 3 towels, bathrobes, slippers, soap accessories. A wardrobe, a bedside table on each side. The TV is working, there are many channels. The air conditioner is very good, refreshes instantly and does not irritate with noise. There is also a refrigerator, of adequate size. The room has a large mirror, night lights, full-length windows. The mattresses are hard, but nothing hurts in the morning. And a little bit sagging
The breakfasts are modest. There is a choice of porridge, fried wings, fried eggs with sausage, cottage cheese, as well as all kinds of cereals, pancakes, boiled eggs. I highly recommend porridge, it's delicious. Scrambled eggs for an amateur, too oily.
I recommend the hotel if you are not a nasty picky person :)))
