They tried to force me to take my things somewhere. I was forbidden to enter the store with my package. Thus violating my rights.

If you don't want to take the packages to the storage room and don't know the Armenian language, then it's better to choose another store so that you don't spoil the mood (the store director demanded to speak Armenian, the cashier said to leave if you don't like it)))
