as a 23-year Mengers customer, I am not satisfied with the service maintenance service I have received in the last three years, especially I have had a lot of complaints about the supply of parts for my 2023 model S580 car, which had a compressor failure 2.5 months ago, neither Jul nor the service manager knows anything about it, let alone that we waited two months for the bellows without getting any enlightening information in any of our correspondence with the General Manager of Mengers, they kindly sent a replacement vehicle last week. Although there were two ladies named Şeyda and Tuğba in customer relations, we had forgotten about the car now, even if they had called in your procedure and didn't remember.
