We needed a room for two days, we are not blue bloods and not rich, I will not compare with five-star hotels. Everything is in the room, I did not feel the smell of sewage, the staff is responsive, they respond to problems quickly. We did not book by booking, we flew from Northern Cyprus and immediately to the hotel. The guys are Azerbaijanis, they conceded in price, cheaper than at the booking. We came late, we can only say to spend the night. There is a subway nearby. A self-service cafe is not far away, no one will charge you 20% for the service anymore. It is called Pratik self-Service (you will find it in Google maps if anything). Thanks to the hotel for the hospitality, no complaints. Good luck in business.
