I liked the hotel - cozy houses, rooms are cleaned every day, but towels were changed only once. Beach towels can be changed by yourself. A great bar, where there is a lot of rum and new cocktails were offered every day. The food is not particularly varied, but you will not stay hungry. The pool was cleaned every morning, and there was also a bar and cafe at the pool. The sea is close. When the electricity went out in Cuba after the storm, we were in the light and on Wi-Fi, as the generator was working.
Food: fruits, vegetables, fish, chicken, meat, seafood, soft drinks, alcoholic, ice cream, fruit yoghurts, pastries. Of course, it is necessary to always take into account the country of residence, their cultural, culinary and other traditions. The service is good: for the most part, there are no complaints about the staff. If you want to thank the maid, then leave something on the bed. Yes, and in general, any (even second hand) patients are very welcome in the country, they are especially grateful for medicines. The overall impression of the hotel is very good. The beach is great. The territory is large and well maintained.
I was in Cuba for the first and last time. We took the hotel as a 5-star all-inclusive, but in fact you have to pay everywhere: the maids (although they didn't change towels, they didn't leave water, the bar wasn't updated, they demanded toilet paper with a scandal at the reception), waiters, cooks, bartenders - pay, even after the show (amateur performance would have been better) went begging with a hat for the audience. In general, I got the impression that there are Gypsies who are lazy and want money. The territory is large, the gardeners work well. We stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks from January 14th to 28th. The weather was good the first week, the second cold and windy. We went for the second week in warm clothes, and we could keep warm under a hot shower. In general, I was not satisfied with such a "vacation".
