The hotel is decent. It is considered the best hotel in Cayo Coco. The rooms are large. A large bed with a comfortable mattress. The room has a sofa with a coffee table and a separate table and chairs. The mirror in the hallway is large. The bathroom is also large, with a toilet, shower and a bathroom with swing doors. Panoramic windows overlook the gorgeous ocean. There was a small lizard in the room with us, they called her Valera. As for the cleaning, it's not very good. The bed was changed, towels too (every day). But the mirror remained divorced. The garbage was taken out, the floors were clean and washed. The hotel staff is good-natured and polite (they always said hello). The beach is clean, there were enough sunbeds for everyone. An ocean without corals (only sand). There is a cocktail bar on the beach and a second bar where you can drink and have a snack (paella, fish, meat, chicken and lobster) . If I'm not mistaken, there are 5 pools on the territory of the hotel. Food was a problem for me. As for me, Cubans don't know how to cook at all, I don't even like pasta. But it's a matter of taste. The buffet included eggs, rice, pasta, fish, beef, fruits (mango, watermelon, carambola and canned fruits), a variety of drinks, etc. The food is there and everything is without interruption. We talked to tourists from other hotels, some of them didn't even have eggs. The hotels have ala carte restaurants. Italian, French, Cuban, Japanese. So, about Italian and Cuban, it was all given for dinner. Panakota (jelly without delicious) tiramisu (does not even look or taste like tiramisu) pizza is all just names. I liked Japan the most. There are always a lot of people in the Snack bar (we tried sandwiches, they are just a bun with torn pork without sauce and vegetables). Delicious cocktails are made in the lobby. Every Thursday, the hotels arrange Cuba Day (barbecue outside), very atmospheric. Music is playing, contests are being held, Cubans are dancing in their outfits. Live national music is playing in the lobby. No insects were seen on the territory of the hotel. Of course, we prepared for the hehenes, but in the end we didn't need anything. The processing of the territory was. I recommend a hotel! Because after talking with other tourists from neighboring hotels, we realized that we had made the right choice. The food is better, the beach is clean, the ocean is coral-free, the rooms are good.
We were at the end of May 2024. We bought a tour in Pullman, flew to Grand Merena, and flew from Melia Costa. The hotel is nice bali three times. We're planning again soon.
A good five-star, one of the best on the island. Be prepared for the sudden shutdown of all the water in the room and the wild heat outside, this is the order of the day here)
