The territory is not large, but everything is clean and well maintained. There are many places where you can eat, even for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Of course, the food is not very good for me, But-for Egypt, it is 5, solid. The room was great, quiet, large. We cleaned every day, with a change of linen and towels. In general, it is a great hotel, Everything and everywhere is very clean, thought out and it is clear that the guys are trying to keep the brand. I recommend you to visit!

Great hotel. We rested from 7.04-04/15.
23. Cleanliness for 5+, room cleaning every day, 6 restaurants, the food is repeated, but fresh and does not bother, a lot of fruits.
The territory is always cleaned, lots of greenery and flowers. 8 swimming pools, 2 heated, 1 with a bar. The beach is clean, with a large selection of sun beds, there is a mattress for two people. The towel is according to the cards and can be changed to a fresh one. There is a pantone for swimming and admiring coral and fish, and a sandy entrance. There are scuba gear.
The mood was spoiled by the tour operator's guide. The name is Hanni, he was rude and sent for not coming to the meeting after arrival, and refused his excursions.

The territory is large, there are many paths and stairs. Heated pools, slides, cute paddling pools for children. Our room is very far from the reception, 5 minutes walk to it. Room cleaning for 4-. There are areas that are never cleaned or wiped at all. Yesterday I noticed mold on the sink, after my complaint it was erased, but there was dust and a touch of fungus behind the faucet, and they remained. But they made a swan out of a towel, yes... Of course, I understand that everyone wants money, but not to the level of mold in a 5* hotel. The food is monotonous, there is almost no meat or fish at all. On the third day, our child was injured by something in the hotel restaurant, to which the staff replied "OK" and THAT was IT... New bed linen was brought in 2 hours. The tide is very low at sea during the day and you can only swim with a mask near the reef from panton. The corals are beautiful, but everything is fenced quite tightly, you can't swim far. The water is 23°, it's fine for me personally.
The kids' club is open from 10 to 12 and from 15 to 17, there is a very nice kind girl looking after the kids, it's not scary to leave. For the Fun&Sun concept, the Tukan Kids Club is open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. This is probably the most serious difference between the hotel areas. Ice cream and pools are for everyone, as are restaurants. The food is the same everywhere, scarce. The meat is different in the evening. In each dining room, they cook something different on the grill. There are no queues. 95% of the vacationers are now Russians. All animation is in Russian.

Basically at the level of other 5* hotels in Sharm el Sheikh. It's a bit far from the main road, but otherwise everything is fine.
