A huge, beautiful hotel with a beautiful park, many cafes and entertainment centers. A wonderful gym, a sports corner, a library, a mini farm, and a lot of interesting things. Wonderful staff!
But, shallow sea (at low tide - field), shallow pools. High prices in the cafe.
A large, beautiful, modern hotel. Excellent staff (there is a Russian-speaking girl at the reception). There are many interesting "chips", beautiful and atmospheric places.
There are a lot of mosquitoes and a shallow sea, it is rarely possible to go even up to the waist))

A nice old hotel of a well-known chain.
Excellent breakfasts, excellent and good-natured service.
High-quality filling of rooms.
This hotel is ideal for guests with young children, as there are many areas with a shallow pool, a children's club and a very shallow ocean ... you walk endlessly and at best the water is waist-deep.
Of the main advantages:
- the location is the best in Nusa Dua, 5 minutes walk from Bali Collection and close to the village, where there are many inexpensive spas and restaurants.
- very beautiful green area
- excellent sound insulation in the rooms, the neighbors are not heard at all.
- not exorbitant, though not low prices in restaurants.
Of the minuses:
- very shallow, it won't be possible to swim normally.
- the rooms are good, but some things (for example, baths) can already be replaced with new ones, but this is not critical.
A wonderful hotel for those who go on an ALL INCLUSIVE trip with children. There are many entertainment programs for children, a children's club with a constant variety of entertainment
Everything is fine except the room. The family suite is very old, furniture, doors, bathrooms. Although they are cleaned thoroughly.
I liked the territory, the staff, the breakfasts, various events were held. We rented bicycles. We played tennis. Tried surfing. All this is right in the hotel. The sea is leaving, you need to hunt for it
Very beautiful territory of the hotel, a lot of entertainment (I took a sap and a bike for a fee), amazing yoga and Pilates at 8 am on the ocean, included in the animation.
But I didn't like the sea here. Strong tides, the water goes away completely. We went to Hayat beach across the bay to the right of the hotel. Of course, the tide is out there too, but in principle you can swim. During our entire vacation on the beach, an excavator was working, leveling piles of sand.
Melia Hotel, nice territory and no more. The breakfasts are not delicious, the coffee and juices are disgusting. The pool is shallow and covered in debris from the trees. The ocean doesn't shine either. Tides. The garbage is being cleaned, but it still floats in the water. Hotel a la Turkey 2000. Animation, charging, games. Boredom and boredom. There is nothing outside except the path along the hotel. It may be suitable for pensioners and families with children.
A great hotel, with a large private territory, its own clean beach and a large swimming pool. A very nice children's area. The food and drinks are at the highest level, of high quality and varied. There are things to do all day, sports games, playgrounds, master classes, but in the evening there is only one performance for about an hour and in the same restaurant. There was a great lack of evening shows and bars with music.
Definitely recommend it ! Of course, there are a lot of flaws, repairs are already required, then it will flow in the bathtub, then something doesn't work in the living room, but all this pales in comparison with the excellent territory, a gorgeous beach, great surfing :)) by the way, if you go to the beach from the hotel, I recommend going right through the woods and you will go out to just awesome a beach, and not crowded at all, it's a pity we got there late :)) go right through the surf stand, you won't regret it;)
The territory is small, there is one swimming pool, also small (except for rooms on the ground floor and villas). Our beach has the most muddy and not pretty water in the area. Water drips in the bathroom from the ceiling. The furniture is old, like in Egypt, uncomfortable chairs on the veranda, the cost of dinner per person at the hotel = the cost of a dinner for two with alcohol in Bali collection. Among the advantages: good breakfasts, daily room cleaning, a couple of nice photo areas, a monstrous entrance group of the hotel with torches, a beautiful space. The tides are very serious at the hotel! The sea goes 300 meters away! The effect is less in neighboring hotels. If I decided to fly there again, I would go to the Hyatt.
The hotel is pleasant, although it has been in need of renovation for a very long time. The breakfasts are the same for 2 weeks of stay, you can also diversify the menu a little. The prices are very expensive for drinks and food.
Not a bad hotel, close to the airport. The staff is friendly. A large green area. Of the cons (( all very long ( at breakfast there are long queues to enter the hall. Room cleaning is not very good..they do not wipe the dust, the floors are not washed, (the bathroom and balcony were not cleaned at all.
A wonderful hotel.
Good service, everyone is very friendly and helpful.
Swimming in the sea is boring. Waist-high).
It is better to swim to another beach. If you swim, the nearest and very beautiful one is Melasti.
There is a lot of entertainment on site. They even look after the children)
The hotel is nice, large, but requires repairs. There are smeared cracks in the bathroom, mold, faucets and shower watering cans do not work very well. Breakfast is varied, but there is not enough protein food, vegetables.
I would like to draw the attention of the administration and the owners to the inappropriate behavior of your staff. Our family are regular guests of your hotel. We live in Bali and have been coming here for 5 years. There were times during the pandemic when we came every week and were all alone in the hotel. We supported your business, we and our family and friends rented villas, paid for Level and spent money in your restaurants (with prices much higher than anywhere else).
And so we arrived once again. The villas were occupied and we took 2 adjoining rooms. The hotel is crowded, there are a lot of people. We went to the beach and all the sunbeds were occupied. We spent 15 minutes trying to find a place (in the heat under the sun with a small child). As a result, we took a sunbed behind the fence (opposite the gazebo). After 5 minutes, an employee came running and in front of all the vacationers began to loudly expel us, saying that we have no right to be here, this is a private territory. I told him there were no more places. He left, we settled down, laid out our things, and the child sat down to play in the sand. After 10 minutes, the employee came running again and started kicking us out again. All the hotel guests turned around and looked at this humiliating attitude from the staff. I offered to pay extra for the use of the chaise longue and upgrade to a higher level. I tried to explain that such an attitude is inadequate. You need to respect your customers, especially regular ones. But it's like talking to a wall. Glassy eyes and a complete misunderstanding of the inadequacy of what is happening. There was a very unpleasant aftertaste on my soul.
P.S. When we rented villas, I came to the beach in branded slippers and a bathrobe of the hotel, but the staff like crazy still ran to me as fast as they could to ask which room we were from. And not just once.
Respect for your customers is the key to business success. Today you insulted me and my family, tomorrow we will not come to you. My family and friends, who also visit your hotel very often, will not come. There's no one else coming tomorrow. Of course, the staff doesn't care. But as an entrepreneur, I consider it necessary to notify the owner, the same entrepreneur. Pay attention to your employees
Everything in this hotel is up to standard 5++++ stars. Take all inclusive and you won't regret it. Thanks to all the staff from the bottom of my heart.
A pleasant hotel, well-trained staff, a good beach, a lot of pleasant things on the territory. We were there a few years ago, so I don't know how it is now. In general, the Melia network has always pleased.
The hotel is on the 1st line with a large and very beautiful territory, all in greenery and flowers. The convenient location of the hotel is next to the Bali Collection shopping mall, where there are many restaurants and cafes for every taste and budget. There are different rooms in the hotel, my family and I lived in a 2-storey room, it was clean, everything worked properly, the furniture was normal. Daily cleaning service. I can't say anything about the food, we ate outside the hotel. Among the disadvantages are very expensive meals at the hotel, sky-high prices for massages at the spa.
The hotel belongs to the Spanish Melia chain, which has 350 hotels around the world, 40 countries. There is a club program, it is recommended to join it and save up points. There is an application for booking through which a discount of up to 20% is available. It is located in the Nusa Duo resort area, which is not at all like the rest of the island.
1. The staff. Friendly and there is a lot of him, I can't even imagine how everyone can be occupied with something. Someone constantly cleans the rooms, someone cleans the pool or the territory, others meet you at the restaurant and escort you to a table. Everyone is busy with something, without ceasing to say hello to you all the time, you will not walk 10 meters so that they do not say hello to you and wish you a good day. They speak very quietly, this is generally a feature of Indonesia, talking loudly here is considered childish.
2. The restaurant. We only took breakfast. Full board or all inclusive is a fairly large increase in cost, but the prices at the hotel are still those in the city you can eat 2-3 times cheaper. And being tied to the hotel was not part of our plans. And so the breakfast is a buffet, where Indonesian, Japanese, Chinese, Indian and European cuisine is presented. There is a lot of choice. But I recommend not to go all out, it is dangerous for the gastrointestinal tract. Personally verified.
3. Territory and swimming pools. The territory is clean, everything is clean, trimmed, cleaned. Someone is constantly cleaning somewhere. There are several pools, only water games (polo, volleyball, basketball) are among the water activities and of course water aerobics. There are no slides or other water attractions. A towel is given out immediately, in exchange for a card issued upon check-in. Separately, I would like to note, just a huge number of all sorts of exotic plants, for us Europeans.
4. The ocean. You can swim in the ocean only at high tide. At low tide, it resembles a swamp. According to the time of the tides, it is better to install the application on your phone, since there are many of them and they are free. The strength and frequency of the curls depend on the phase of the moon. To calculate the problem yourself, it is necessary to perform certain mathematical calculations or tables. At low tide, the local population collects crabs.
5. Rooms. They are clean, as if they were repaired. It felt like they were doing repairs after each guest. The rooms on the ground floor are larger, apparently more expensive, have their own access to the pool, for others this pool is not available. Our room is on the second floor (in Russian). TV. Of the Russian programs, only RTR. There is a kettle, a refrigerator and a huge four-poster bed. There is a balcony, a dryer, and everything you need, including a mini bar. Fresh water is brought every day, at the rate of a bottle per guest. A kimono instead of a bathrobe for each guest plus cool slippers.
6. Bathroom. It is equipped with everything necessary. Shower, bathtub, bede washbasin, sea of towels, hair dryer, detergent: gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, body lotion, bags for the head, toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving foam, disposable shaving machines, soap, thread, needles, pins. Replenishment, every day, as well as a change of towels.
7. Prices at the hotel. At the official exchange rate of the national bank of 13960 Indian rupees to the dollar. The internal rate at the hotel is 13200, according to which everyone counts. At the same time, in the city, in the resort area, the currency changes at the rate of 13,500. If you drive away from the resort area, you can already change it for 13,850 rupees per dollar. Wine is not the best price category on the territory of the hotel for about $ 40, stronger spirits for $ 80. Provided that we mostly ate in the city, at the end, in addition to the voucher, the increase was almost 500 dollars (we ate 2 times in the hotel restaurant, drinks by the pool)
8. What I didn't like. It's really not cheap, I understand the level of service is excellent, but beer is 5 times more expensive than in the city, it's cool. There is little entertainment in the evening, but in general nothing. There are no water attractions in the pools, such as slides, at least for children. Well, this is probably right, Bali is not a place to relax on site, unlike Turkey. There's a lot to see and check in, for that kind of money and flight time. And of course, a very long wait for the waiter by the pool.

A hotel with a large and very beautiful territory on the ocean. The beach is good, there are many sun loungers, the tide is out on the sea during the day, it will not be bought. There is a swimming pool and a spa center on site. The food at the hotel is very expensive, but nearby (min. 10 walk) is Bali Collection, a shopping center with many restaurants. The rooms in the hotel are tired, in my opinion they do not correspond to 5*.

We were on New Year's Eve. The hotel is located on the first line. The territory of the hotel is large, beautiful, and green. There is a swimming pool, a spa center, and a restaurant. The rooms are a little tired, it is clear that the renovation has not been done for a long time, but nevertheless everything is fine. The beach is good, there don't seem to be many sun loungers, but there was enough for everyone. In general, not a VIP segment, but a very pleasant hotel.
I really liked it. We are grateful to the entire staff of the hotel, for the warm welcome, for the courteous service, for the delicious food, kindness and responsiveness in all matters. We are very grateful to Manager Safira. We are pleased that we had a rest at your place.
Excellent hotel, friendly staff. The hotel grounds are magnificent, the pools are clean and heated. The recreation area on the ocean is very comfortable.
The hotel is too old, the management is 4, there is no interest in meeting the needs of the guests. One guest was accommodated in a 3-bed room. Due to the availability of 3 beds, the standard room was very cramped. The balconies are terrible, it is not hygienic to sit on chairs and a sofa. You can not count on comfortable swimming in the sea - the tides are very pronounced and a shallow strip of 200 meters wide
