We had a rest in July 2024.
The hotel is clean. The room has a shower, hairdryer, air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, table and chairs.
The rooms are spacious.
The administrator Natalia tries to make everyone comfortable and not problematic.
Very hospitable people.
The sea is close, the beach is clean. The sea was warm and clear, the children and I were very pleased.
One of the disadvantages is that there is not enough male employee in the hotel, so that, if necessary, to keep the guests in the norms of decency (people are different)
And slightly refine the breakfast menu.

The hotel is good. The territory is clean, the rooms are also clean, the bed linen is snow-white. The pillows themselves can already be replaced. The sea is 10 minutes away at a lazy pace. The beach is not equipped, wild. But that's exactly what we wanted without the crowds. The water is good, dolphins swam right to the shore every morning. I would like to make the breakfasts even richer. We used to have a hearty breakfast and lunch later. Special thanks for pancakes, waffles and tea on the road - to the chef of the kitchen))) we will definitely come again.

Och. delicious breakfasts are prepared by Valentina! 💐 She cooks the food, on request, everything is very tasty! 👍🏼The pool is excellent, two levels, for children and adults! The territory is clean and tidy!. -We checked in at the very end of September -beginning of October, for 5 days, during this time we never cleaned the room, we bought toilet paper ourselves!

The hotel is new with a premium swing, new clean linen, the rooms are clean, the administrators are well done- everything is on them, there is no beach, the sea is cold because of the river flowing nearby, there is a lot of equipment for organizing a cool cafe, bar, but so far almost everything is idle (they organized breakfasts - they try very hard, delicious), the pool is clean outdoor shower - ice water (do not rinse the child). I wish the management to find a good manager and everything will be great. Well, with the sea, I don't even know- just go to other beaches.

I will try without emotions, only facts
1. The hotel is new and well renovated, the condition of the common areas is well monitored.
2. The hotel building has an L-shaped shape and all entrances and windows of the rooms overlook a small courtyard with a swimming pool, with a barbecue area
3. At night, the hotel guests who came to relax, actually do it in the courtyard (most of them were on our arrival - the music was very loud from a huge speaker, drunken screams, yelling songs and splashing into the pool until late at night - that was all)
4. Food is prepared at the hotel - both breakfasts and lunches and dinners must be ordered in advance, at a cost higher than in the nearest cafes
5. Cleaning and changing of towels every 4 days and that's it! on request, toilet paper had to be requested separately, they did not put it during cleaning
6. Not to the hotel yet, but to the place: almost every evening locals burn garbage and there is a strong smell of burning.
Thus, in my opinion, this hotel is ideal for bukhariks, the staff does not stop them in any way, they do not regulate the mode / time by noise, and sometimes they themselves sit in the evenings.
It's OK for some, but it was unexpected for us.
Only Valentina and Nikolai are friendly to the guests from the staff.

The hotel is good, everything is clean, the pool is normal.it's not far to the beach, there's cow and horse droppings on the road, there's nowhere to go.better Gagra or petsund.the location method is bad.hotel five points in addition to food, it is better to eat in cafes, the hotel is expensive and there is no choice!!!

A new, clean hotel in a quiet (sooo quiet) area. Room service is apparently only on request, we haven't even had our garbage picked up in a week. Delicious breakfasts, everything you need is on site. If you consider that they go to Abkhazia by the sea, and not for the hotel, then everything is fine! Of the administrative staff, I would like to mention Uncle Kolya))). Uncle Kolya - WELL DONE!!!

A wonderful new luxury hotel. Responsive staff. European 3-course breakfasts. A clean, warm pool. The beach is 5 minutes away. This is probably the best hotel in the area.

A little to the right of the hotel flows a wide mountain river with a strong current, Because of this, the sea is always colder than everywhere else, plus a lot of garbage flows out of the river. Parking is off-site, not guarded, you just leave your car on the road. The price is too high, we paid 6000 for a room without meals in June, there are a lot of good hotels nearby, the price is 2500-4000. In the photo where the tower is a view of the sea.

We booked 3 rooms back in June with prepayment , the day before arrival we clarified whether everything was in force, everything was confirmed. Upon arrival, we are informed that our 3 rooms are not available, and we can take the key to one room and wait for the owners. We spent 13 hours on the road + waiting from 10 a.m. to evening. We were settled in one room (7 people), where not the best awaited us, a tuft of hair on the bed linen, cobwebs and the perfect rudeness of the owners.
There is also a restaurant on site. We tried to eat there, took soup, got broth with custard noodles.
I do not recommend this hotel at all, boorish attitude towards customers at least!!!!
