We were served by a wonderful girl, Elena. She offered to help, guided her through current promotions, and generally left a very good impression of herself and the store, which was later completely ruined by another female consultant, who publicly shouted loudly at the entire trading floor, scolding Elena for asking about the bonus program (apparently the girl has been working recently). She screamed for a long time, not paying attention to the 4 people standing at the cash register. I have never seen such humiliation and bullying of a person. The screaming continued as we approached the exit.
Please pay attention to this woman with a short dark haircut—it's just an outrage. The man behaved like a boor. Even (especially) if she is the boss, such behavior is simply unacceptable.
I would like to say thank you to Elena for the excellent service and wholeheartedly wish her not to be attacked by such habals anymore.

At the MOMO shopping center in Minsk on 06/21/2024, I purchased 2 pairs of shoes for the promotion, the price was indicated on the price tag. At the checkout, I made a payment by card, the amount of the promotion for 2 pairs was supposed to be 100 rubles, 150 rubles were withdrawn by card. When asked by the cashier why the cost was more?! The cashier rudely asked where I saw the promotion, I took out my shoes from the box and pointed to the promotional price tag, to which the cashier indignantly said that someone had glued it, then looked at the intern that he had confused. She took it with me and tore off the promotional price tag. I asked for a refund, the cashier made a refund to the card through the terminal without warning in advance that they would return only after 3-5 business days. I am extremely outraged by the attitude towards the buyer, I will not advise the store to anyone because of boorish providence and unreliable information from the seller
