A mini-hotel, homey, standard room, good mattress, I took it for 3 nights, for 8200, for such a price it's hard to imagine a good hotel near all the sights, but in general it's great, the room is small, but cozy, they come to pick up the trash and change towels.
One of the disadvantages: there is no heating, and in cold weather you have to heat the room with an air conditioner.

They pull on their three stars. There are a minimum of amenities - clean bed linen, towels, hot water, kettle, hairdryer..
If you're lucky, you'll be accommodated in a room with a window...If you're unlucky, you'll have no window...)))
The administrators are very friendly, and some people understand Russian. As it is, an interpreter will help.
Breakfast is served in a nearby hotel...the standard minimum has been met...no more..
In general, it's fine.
An economy option for overnight stays...
