I saw an advertisement for a door store, and I was attracted to their Instagram page. The manager there was very sociable and helped me decide on a choice, so I decided to make an appointment to view the doors in the salon. When we arrived at the salon, we encountered an unpleasant consultant. She acted like we were bothering her and they had no shortage of customers. It immediately spoiled the impression. When we asked to calculate the cost, we were given one amount, but after the arrival of the measurer, the price almost doubled. It turned out that each stage of the work was paid for separately, and after installation, no one bothered to clean up the trash. But the worst part was waiting for us at the delivery. The doors arrived without any packaging, which was a real shock to me. As a result, scratches were found on the doors. I really regret that I contacted this store and purchased the doors from them. I don't recommend this store to anyone.

I am very surprised by the good reviews. It was thanks to them that I went to the door salon on Uruchye. The manager didn't just say hello, but didn't pay any attention to me at all, as she was trying to arrange a discounted door for a woman she clearly knew. When I asked if it was possible to pay attention to me, the answer was that they would be busy for at least another 10 minutes or even more. And she didn't ask me at all what I was actually interested in. Completely ignored. The service is as good as it gets.
