So far , that's not spoiled yet.The service level is excellent!The waiters always try to serve quickly. The staff is generally always friendly.

My friend and I came to Brest for the first time and, on the recommendation of local residents, decided to visit Medusa. Excellent establishment, pleasant atmosphere and stylish decoration. Gourmet cuisine for every taste. Pleasant and courteous staff. There were plenty of tables available on Sunday, but it's probably better to book on other days. It's a pity that we were tired and didn't fully enjoy our vacation. They decided for themselves, they will definitely come back. Because not only delicious food is important to us, but also its presentation and a chic interior. The musical accompaniment corresponded to the surroundings of the institution. It's a very atmospheric place. The interior, the details, the overall concept – everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Comfortable seating area, comfortable chairs and sofas. The service is fast and unobtrusive. The guards are vigilantly watching the order. There was a nice little thing: yesterday the choker on his neck accidentally broke, the guy from the guard helped in 5 minutes)) Thank you so much, because the choker complemented the whole image. The scene above the bar is a separate respect. The dance of jellyfish and Cleopatra will also be remembered for a long time. Presenter Sergey is as lively and relevant as possible. I want to leave a positive review about the wonderful hookah master! The work was done at the highest level, starting from the selection of tobacco and ending with the skill of cooking. The master perfectly took into account all the preferences, offered interesting flavor combinations that I had never tried before, and they turned out to be amazing! I went around a lot of establishments in Brest, but it was the first time I smoked such a delicious and well-made hookah.It is clear that a person really loves his job and puts his soul into every detail.

From the very moment of our arrival, she greeted us with a sincere smile and kindness, which immediately created a pleasant first impression. Kristina was very attentive to our wishes and quickly resolved all issues that arose. She not only helped us with the choice of location, but also recommended some interesting cocktails that really turned out to be excellent. Overall, the atmosphere of the club was excellent — the music, lighting and audience created an unforgettable evening atmosphere. I can confidently recommend Medusa as a great place to relax, and Kristina as a wonderful receptionist who does everything possible to make guests feel comfortable.

The sweetest, friendliest and most wonderful place in Brest. Many thanks to the waiter Polina, the administrators Anna and Maria. We came from Minsk for an excursion. We wanted to walk through the streets of Brest, but the weather made its own adjustments. It was decided to go to the nearest cafe and relax. The nearest one along the way turned out to be Coyote. There was not a single person in the hall, but they refused us because of the dress code (one of our group had Jogger pants, we were shocked by their claims). I had to leave the place in the rain. The next one on the route turned out to be Medusa . And here, affection, care and all the conditions for a comfortable stay were waiting for us. Where they were very sympathetic to the current situation, helped to smooth out the degree of tension regarding the hospitality of Brest, provided the best table without a limit on the amount of service. We gave them hot and delicious tea, created an atmosphere and conditions for a comfortable stay. For which I thank them very much, prosperity to the institution from the bottom of my heart, thanks for such attentive and caring staff. I will heartily recommend the establishment for a comfortable stay. Really, I recommend it for rest and relaxation.

I recently celebrated my birthday at this institution. I can say that I was very impressed, as were my guests!
The service is super, the waiters are attentive. Cool atmosphere in the establishment. The cuisine deserves special attention, the dishes are prepared at the highest level, especially the most delicate calf cheeks. And of course, it was very nice to receive such a cool greeting with a crown and a cake.

I came to relax at the restaurant and was impressed! I really want to highlight hookahs and their serving. The hookah man wears a sheikh's costume, it's very original, I've never seen this before, I was surprised. And of course, the food is a special treat. I ate a burger, I really liked it, it's big, juicy, delicious and served with potatoes.

Such a bottom as this place still needs to be found. One star only for the courtesy of the waiters. And that's only because you can't put a minus star. The rest is a complete disaster. It was our first time in the establishment. At the entrance of the 1st floor, the woman answered where we were going with a facial expression and the intonation "why are you touching me at all". The rudeness of bartenders is a separate kind of art. There was no receptionist at the entrance, and since this is our first time there, we don't know where our reserved table is. They came up to the bar and asked the bartender, "we booked a table, tell us where to go," to which he rudely replied, "congratulations on booking a table," laughed and left. We ordered a cocktail. There was no aperol from the word at all in the aperol. It was transparent. It was filled with Soviet champagne. When we asked to sort it out, we were taken to the bar back to the bartenders. They stood and grinned at our question with a malicious smile. In general, we added another portion of aperol, but it became clear what was wrong with the cocktail. We have never seen an aperol so diluted. It's just colored water in a bottle. The pasta was wildly salty. How this establishment managed to recruit such self-confident, arrogant and boorish bartenders remains a mystery. The price tag does not correspond to the quality of food and drinks at all. I don't know who in their right mind would go to this place a second time. The disappointment of the evening.

It was the first time and, apparently, the last time. I am completely disappointed with this institution, I wanted to ask for a book of complaints.
Advertising and promotion of the institution is good, but you need to meet the stated level.
There was a corporate party, and I was "lucky" to communicate with different administrators about the reservation, the menu; the girls get confused about the information and the cost of the show program, I had to repeatedly call back and clarify all the questions that arise on my own.
Upon arrival at the stated time, it turned out that the salads were not ready, the slicing too. Thanks, after 15 minutes they started to take it out.
We arrived at 20:30, the hot was brought at 23:00 (three times we had to approach the waiter, and then the administrator).
The "very attentive" staff offered to change the devices, everyone agreed, but in vain! The hungry looked at the hot stuff for 15 minutes, waiting for the waiters to remember that the guests had no appliances.
To remove used napkins and dirty dishes, to offer to wipe spilled water is, in my opinion, the basis of the basics, but in Medusa waiters are not taught this.

The food is delicious and beautiful. There was one incomprehensible moment with the pitch. The order included 4 portions of grilled vegetables. 3 plates were brought. To our question, the waiter replied that 4 servings were spread out on 3 plates. I wonder what 4 servings would look like, considering that on three plates there were 6 pieces of corn, 6 mushrooms, 6 pieces of pepper and the same amount of eggplant and zucchini.
I liked the music, we danced a lot.
