04/12/2025 I was driving from the Gomel region to Minsk, came in with my syringe and injection (prescription) and a DOCTOR's APPOINTMENT, asked for an injection, met me at the door, as I understand it, the cleaner and started telling me that they would not inject according to the doctor's prescription, they say we provide ONLY emergency care, asked me to say my full name, immediately there was a backlash and indignation, they say, what does my full name have to do with it, then finally they called the medical assistant (I didn't remember the name, but the patronymic is very memorable A.Osipovich), asked what kind of injection needed to be injected, and then he said sorry, we can't help with anything, only emergency help.I asked the question: "so you're letting me go without medical help, I'm in another area on my way, if I start bleeding, what should I do and who will be to blame for this?"So, they told me that they couldn't help me in any way, so it turns out that I need to be brought to a critical condition so that this medical worker can provide me with EMERGENCY care???I was traveling with a child , if this medical worker and a very smart cleaner had not provided assistance, would not only I have suffered, but also the frightened child? What about the Hippocratic oath? The worst thing is that such an attitude is happening in the capital!! And by the way, what guided A. Osipovich (by which decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus) is still not clear (just a piece of cake?!), I was not given a clear answer.People don't take their place, it probably started from the time of the institute!I had to inject myself in the toilet!
Today I asked for help in connection with an unstable heart rhythm. Unfortunately, the doctor did not provide the last name and the first name, the man was very attentive, consulted in detail. Before that, I also carefully accepted the previous visitor. The man is in his place. Thank you so much.
The indifference of the employees is striking. They brought a woman who became ill in the transition. We looked at it, interviewed it and sent it. Like, let him go to the polyclinic at his place of residence. Together with eyewitnesses, they called the girl a taxi. The attitude of the "doctor" is creepy....
A man came in to bandage his arm (the bandage was loosened) with his own bandage. Refused!!! They said that they only have emergency help, do the dressing yourself. Like the doctor was very busy with the phone.
