Excellent hotel in Gagra. We celebrated New Year's Eve with my wife in it - a vacation with a Bang. There was a New Year's program, a great table, snacks, drinks. There was a la carte breakfast, but it was very tasty. Lunch and dinner were not included in the package, but you can order.

We booked a hotel for the New Year holidays, paid for the reservation per day, checked in on December 31, the rooms are tiled everywhere, ice floors, and we are with small children! It's cold to wash in the bathroom, even for an adult, not like for children! Mold is in the corners, the attack has worsened, there is a refrigerator, but there is still a meter of wire missing from the outlet! The mirror was broken, the furniture was shabby, after staying there for a day, we went to breakfast in the morning, and we were already thinking of asking for another room (although there was no hope anymore), but when they gave us a herring under a fur coat for breakfast!!! Which the guests didn't finish on New Year's Eve! Sliced vegetables, cheese and bread, that's it!!!!!! We're just awesome!!! Nothing at all for children!!!! They asked for tea, but the boiling water was already gone!!! We have decided to leave this hotel! But then it turned out that no one was going to return the remaining payment to us!!! That is, we gave away 7k of armor, and 28k upon check-in!! After a long e-mail conversation with the hotel manager or I don't know who, I was denied any compensation at all!!!! Dear God, I've been to Abkhazia 15 times already, and this is the most terrible place of all!!! And the hotel itself on the ground floor smells of sewage!! 35k in one night!!! We didn't get into the situation that we were with the children, and another room wouldn't suit us either because of the exacerbation of asthma! It turns out that I had to find out everything in advance, and the fact that the payment is not refunded in any way, although the hotel was full of available rooms, no one's reservation had to be refused because of us!!! There are many more places to stay in Gagra!!! There is no service in Abkhazia, we have always known this, but to just take it like that and not return anything at all is beyond any bounds!!!

According to the law (I want to believe that at least some kind, but it is there!) we have the right to refuse to stay, and the hotel can only take the actual expenses incurred, but the hotel was denied compliance with the law.
Don't spoil your vacation and your impression of the republic with this hotel!!!
We had a vacation in January 2025. The staff was friendly, the air conditioner heated well. We didn't feel the lights going off, and we started the diesel engine in the evening and in the afternoon. The rooms are clean. Location : it was quiet and everyone was happy.
