The neurologist referred the child to this center, contacting the first we confused the door (as it turned out, two organizations do MRI there), as a result, we were 7 minutes late. we were not accepted, of course, we were upset, but there was no other option, they justified that we were late, but everything was scheduled every 10 minutes. another patient, we re-signed for the first free window, which was 2 weeks later, and we came that day the administrator asked us to come in advance 20 minutes in advance, which we did (unfortunately) our time came time I went to the reception desk, I ASK THE MANAGEMENT TO PAY ATTENTION (you can check the cameras) I stood there on 03/10/2021 16.17-16:24 for 7 minutes there was just NO ONE THERE! After that, a woman came and I told her why we were not accepted if our time was already 10 minutes. it passes, why am I waiting for her at the workplace, but she is not there, THE ADMINISTRATION WITH BOORISH BEHAVIOR! I also want to note that my 2-year-old daughter was with me throughout the entire territory of the institution, this woman made remarks in a semi-scream that I quote.... Don't I feel sorry for the child, get out of here..! 😕😳 We were just put out the door, (I understand the harm of the magnet fields or what she meant is not clear, my daughter behaved silently in her arms, but we were not even under the tomograph) when I tried to find out when the child would pass, she once told me that to sit with your child😕🤦♀️ as a result my daughter and I hung around the neighborhood for an HOUR, my husband and child came in at 17.00 and did not do an MRI scan, I can't say anything about the doctor, the child was afraid of the tomograph and just couldn't do it. The price is not small, the administrator is rude and disrespectful to people!

Good evening. I would like to leave an honest review about the work of the Medlife center, in particular about the work of the administrators.
The doctor prescribed a CT scan for my mother without contrast. With this referral, she came to sign up for the procedure. She was refused this and insisted that she should have a CT scan with contrast. Apparently, the administrator understands these issues better than the doctor. But it is worth clarifying that CT without contrast costs 2000 rubles, and CT with contrast costs 6000 rubles. That is, an expensive procedure is deliberately imposed, despite the prescribed direction.⠀
After indignation and an attempt to insist on their own, they agreed to do the necessary procedure, but after 2 weeks!!! Although before that I called and found out that there are empty seats for the next few days.⠀
There is no limit to my indignation. You are driving people into a frame, trying to get money out of a sick pensioner, knowing that in this situation a person will agree to anything.⠀
