It's like the administrators don't know what it's like to answer a call. I called 6 times and it was useless. The water in the shower is cool, but not warm. The massage was done fine, but only the staff let me down very much. Money was wasted, neither water nor tea was offered

Посетила по подарочному сертификату,сказали уже прейскурант подорожал,цены были завышены! Халаты маленькие! Персонал отличный! Даже чай предложили!
