The strangest private clinic I've ever visited. The girls at the reception are as unfriendly as possible, they reminded the girls at the reception desk of the state institution (and, by the way, they have a kilometer in line + phone calls break the receiver, which is where their nervousness comes from. The girls at the reception were completely free, and there were no other visitors besides me). The website states that an endocrinologist can do an ultrasound of the thyroid gland and this is included in the cost of the visit, however, at the reception the doctor informed that the ultrasound should be done, but not during the appointment, and accordingly it is paid separately. The whole reception had the feeling that they just wanted to get rid of me as quickly as possible ;) Template questions, short answers.
In general, the price/quality ratio is zero. I give 2 stars for the modern room and the lack of queues. Unfortunately, I cannot positively assess the service.

In general, I was satisfied with the center and the specialists (I made an appointment immediately with an ophthalmologist and an otolaryngologist), they told me everything, explained, however, without warning they did an additional examination, which increased the cost of the visit by 30%, I found out only when paying, I had to pay 135p instead of 106p
Only this nuance left a very unpleasant aftertaste.

I was consulted by a dermatovenerologist Victoria Vasilyevna. A very attentive, qualified and pleasant girl. She seriously considered my skin problem and gave me a lot of time. The doctor explained everything on her fingers, even drew diagrams to make it clearer to me. According to the composition, she sorted out all my care products, suggested what to add and what is better to remove. I learned a lot of new things for myself)

I rarely write reviews, but here I just want to do it from the bottom of my heart and say thank you for my health! During this year of visiting, the Medic has become the best medical center for me, without exaggeration. How many times have I been , so many times I am convinced of this! Gynecologists (I visited three different ones), an endocrinologist and a cosmetologist whom I visited - above all praise! Admin girls are always friendly, if something doesn't work out, they transfer the recording and select the time. In general, everything is at a high level - specialists, equipment, promotions! Today, when I visited, I learned about gift certificates - it's super, now I know what gifts to make to my loved ones! Thank you very much for your hard work, prosperity, health and well-being!

I was on an ultrasound of the mammary glands at the gynecologist Olshanskaya L.K. The doctor is attentive, kind. But unfortunately, I made an absolutely incorrect ultrasound conclusion, I found many formations-fibroadenomas, and as it turned out, this is the structure of adipose tissue. But my further treatment in gynecology depended on this, and because of fibroadenomas, it is very different. As a result, there is a delay in treatment, negative dynamics in the hormonal background and everything else. Fortunately, I was advised by a competent and trusted doctor and in the state structure, and now the correct treatment has been prescribed! Choose trusted specialists!

This is the first time I've seen this in 10 years of visiting paid doctors.The doctor is not ready to provide the services that are written on the website and the clinic offers.Completely unaware of what she was doing so/wrong.I'm not sure about my own conclusions, I wrote a PDR on a date that passed 2 months ago, on a remark like that, I said that the program did not calculate it that way and she does not know what date to put, she says I will calculate and put the correct one in conclusion, what was my surprise when the date turned out to be the same?
I will not talk about the whole institution, but we went to 1 doctor and did not set foot in this place anymore!!!

Hardworking (because asking the same questions to patients is exhausting, I think) . In the process of inspections, it stops or warns if there are manipulations. I do not recommend doing an ultrasound at this center. I did an ultrasound of the vessels of the BCA and thyroid gland. The doctor is absolutely incompetent, she talked about the knots of horror stories, although she does not understand it herself. The attitude towards patients is dismissive, indifferent, the sensor drives extremely unpleasant and painful. I didn't offer to lie down, or wipe my skin with a napkin, or hello, or goodbye. Why go to a medical center for money if the attitude is like in a district polyclinic, where their ultrasound doctor belongs.
By the way, no one contacted me, and I left only one review! The medical center, apparently, does not care about reputation and reviews on the Internet.
