Disgusting staff at the Atlas Chilanzar shopping center branch. We stood for 10 minutes to buy a stove, everyone was on their phones and no one was paying attention. Then, with some kind of incomprehensible thug gait, an employee came up and started talking to us as if we were friends on the street. There was 0 interest. I had to force them to do something!

I called the media park and asked them to put the vacuum cleaner away at this branch. When I came, they said that no one had told them anything, and the vacuum cleaner that was available turns out to be understaffed. They actually sell a vacuum cleaner without an aluminum pipe. The assessment no longer refers to the branch, but to the company itself. Constant problems with orders, then the site displays already sold goods, then the prices are higher than they actually are.

We bought a washing machine. We agreed on delivery, ascent to the third floor and installation. They promised to bring it the same day.
All evening I tried to get through to the specified contact, a certain Batyr Aka. Resets, out of range, just ignores calls.
The next day, at lunch, the bell rang, and the typewriter was brought. The driver is alone, as a result, I myself lifted the car with him. There is generally a separate team for the installation, which again cannot be reached. As a result, I called a plumber, and he installed everything for me.
The sales consultant did a great job, tried to help in any way he could, gave his contact, but it is clear that the organization is a complete mess, the delivery and installation service is simply disgusting.
I highly recommend buying Samsung products there, because the warranty is normal, the products are normal, the consultant is great, but immediately take your paid delivery and installation!
