Irina Mikhailovna Kovgan is a wonderful specialist in gynecology! I am very pleased with the visit. It's a good clinic. I quickly signed up before the holidays. E.O. Vasilyeva is a good specialist, thank you very much for her professionalism and for her human attitude. The big disadvantage is communicating with the administrator via email. I took tests for oncology, left all the data, and the doctor said that they would be sent to the post office on a certain day. Four days after the scheduled date, she sent a request to send me the results. In response, I received that everything was supposedly sent "check it out", instead of "sorry, we'll duplicate it now, etc." The customer orientation is a bit lame. There are overlays and everyone is sympathetic, but this is not a reason to be rude to the client.
