The guys at the reception don't understand Russian. The first time I went for an ultrasound, I asked if they had a typo, he ran for half an hour looking for a doctor to find out the answer to my question. It turned out that the device was broken, so I had to leave.
A couple of days later, I wrote on Instagram, they told me that everything worked.
Then I called the clinic before I went to check if the ultrasound scan printout was working, and they told me yes. I arrived and once again asked the girl who was sitting at the reception if the printout was working, she said yes. And when I already went for an examination, the doctor said that there was not even such a device (

The worst clinic I've ever seen. They drive a sick person through examinations and in the end they don't make a diagnosis, and they say that they will be treated only if they go to their clinic. I do not recommend this clinic.
The girls are terribly not attentive, they don't understand Russian at all. If you need the attention and courtesy of the staff, pay for it. This is the worst clinic option I've seen.
