I tried to make an appointment with Dr. Babenko via Instagram for a consultation at the medical center. I want to share my impressions of the dialogue, in no case do I appreciate the professionalism of the doctor, but the ability to communicate with people is also of great importance and affects the level of trust between the doctor and the patient.
In fact, I was refused a consultation (not even to Babenko, but to a doctor-colleagues from the same medical center) after my words that I did not understand why I needed to redo the ultrasound diagnosis by all means at the doctor's reception at his medical center, which I specifically did prematurely at another medical center, so as not to go to the reception empty-handed. Firstly, the doctor did not argue his position in any way, sent me to the medical center where I did an ultrasound diagnosis and blocked on Instagram, although the dialogue on my part was conducted in a respectful manner, I asked a question that the doctor decided not to answer with reasoned reasoning, which is puzzling.
I do not understand who is misleading people, Dr. Babenko or the medical center where he conducts an appointment: there is no information on the center's website that the phlebologist doctor does not accept ultrasound diagnostics from other medical centers. I would like to ask for clarification on this matter. Otherwise, this moment can be perceived as an attempt to "breed" people for money for additional research.

On June 21, 2023, at 15:20, she gave me an ultrasound diagnosis of the heart.
In general, I've had similar diagnostics done before in other meds. institutions, but in your medical center, I was even slightly shocked, of course, shocked - in the best sense...
Doctor Voitko Nadezhda Sergeevna is just a super professional: she was very attentive, accurate, accurate, and I would say even scrupulously carried out all these measurements, i.e., it was clearly visible, that Nadezhda Sergeevna is very, very competent in her field, and makes diagnostics with a great understanding of what she is doing, and with all this, she was not just polite, but very friendly and sympathetic to me, that I was simply amazed by this attitude, i.e., it was obvious that Nadezhda Sergeevna, just by herself, is a kind, sensitive, friendly and responsive person.
Once again, many thanks to Voitko Nadezhda Sergeevna!
In the future, I will only address her.

Very friendly and courteous staff, the doctor seemed to be a professional, as he is praised. But not without a fly in the ointment:
It was very sad that during the appointment both the doctor and the assistant were constantly on the phones and texting. The doctor took extraneous calls and even recorded voice calls to new patients. I would like the doctor's attention to be focused on the problems of the patients who came to see him. Unfortunately, there was no desire to go to a repeat appointment.

We were at an appointment with Dr. Denis Babenko, a phlebologist!!! The Doctor is from God!!! Young, handsome, reverse, pleasant, literate, polite!!! Don't,,hooch,,!!! For example, he did an ultrasound for me and my husband, my husband has problems - he has an operation, I can barely see the veins on my legs - he said if you want cosmetic surgery, you can do it, but if you are not confused by wreaths, then you can not do it!!!

When registering at this center, it was agreed that it was necessary to perform only an endoscopy WITHOUT consulting a doctor and the final amount of 25 rubles was agreed. As a result of the procedure, they explained to me what they were doing and what they were seeing and advised me to conduct another study. He agreed and was ready to pay for it. As a result, they issued a check of 70p, which included a doctor's consultation (based on the current price list on the site, it is 35p), which is not acceptable, because I do not have a medical education and cannot determine what relates to the provision of the procedure, and what goes into the category of consultation and the consultation was not agreed. I also initially told the doctor that I only needed an endoscopy.
