I tried to make an appointment with Dr. Babenko via Instagram for a consultation at the medical center. I want to share my impressions of the dialogue, in no case do I appreciate the professionalism of the doctor, but the ability to communicate with people is also of great importance and affects the level of trust between the doctor and the patient.
In fact, I was refused a consultation (not even to Babenko, but to a doctor-colleagues from the same medical center) after my words that I did not understand why I needed to redo the ultrasound diagnosis by all means at the doctor's reception at his medical center, which I specifically did prematurely at another medical center, so as not to go to the reception empty-handed. Firstly, the doctor did not argue his position in any way, sent me to the medical center where I did an ultrasound diagnosis and blocked on Instagram, although the dialogue on my part was conducted in a respectful manner, I asked a question that the doctor decided not to answer with reasoned reasoning, which is puzzling.
I do not understand who is misleading people, Dr. Babenko or the medical center where he conducts an appointment: there is no information on the center's website that the phlebologist doctor does not accept ultrasound diagnostics from other medical centers. I would like to ask for clarification on this matter. Otherwise, this moment can be perceived as an attempt to "breed" people for money for additional research.
