It would be possible to put 0 stars. Don't buy anything from them. This is a bazaar company, not a serious store.
Two years ago, I took all the equipment from them. The movers brought it and quickly put the acceptance certificate on the signature and left. I didn't check my mistake completely, but someone thought it was like a big reputable store.
The washer and dryer were not installed, they waited for the repair to be completed, but it dragged on for 2 years. I just started to put the LG washing machine on the side at one stop, broken bent, unscrewed the stop to the maximum, but there is no stability. The dishwasher broke down, Gorenie also burned down as soon as the warranty period expired, the service people came, counted 150 thousand, sent them to the forest.

I was going to buy a digital piano, but it is only available in Sulpak and Dream. The call centers of both networks rang: in the Sulpack, after "press 1, 10, 99", the phone was picked up and immediately dropped. I couldn't get through again, I only heard how important my call was to them.
I typed in a Dream. It turned out that my call was also very important to them, so the operator answered quite quickly. The girl quickly found the most optimal store where I could find the piano I needed. The consultant could only show the department directly in the store, but unfortunately, he could not show a sample piano. Fortunately, I had previously seen enough and read reviews and reviews, so I decided that it was not critical for me to do a "test drive" to make a purchase decision. The consultant arranged everything quickly, we checked my piano before leaving, and he helped me load the piano into the car.
My advice to a Dream:
Consultants should know more about the product than buyers, in my case it was the opposite.
The store should allow you to view the product before the buyer makes a decision
The consultant said that the Dream guarantee is better than the standard one, focusing on the negative side of the standard guarantee. It would be better not to spoil that guarantee, but to praise your own.

As an ordinary ordinary customer, I go to the store, select an item and buy it at the specified price tag on the product. The rude sellers didn't even apologize.
