We ordered a wall in North Kazakhstan region, they brought it later than the deadline, they charged money for free delivery, the glasses are unpacked, with scratches, and not the whole wall has been brought yet. They generally ignore phone calls, and when they answer, they say that they have submitted an application to the delivery department, but in fact no one does anything. Think ten times before you buy something in this charade.

I ordered furniture, they brought it, they said that the collectors would come the next day. As a result, a week passed, no one called or came. Plus, we can't get through to them ourselves. I had to go by myself, they said they would call me back, but somehow I can't believe it anymore.
Before that, I ordered furniture here, there was also a mess. They also said that the pickers would arrive the next day after delivery, but they arrived almost immediately with the furniture. The place was certainly not ready, and the pickers had no free time the next day, only a few days later. I had to wait three days for them to arrive and assemble. And some impolite pigs also arrived.
AND I REMIND YOU, if you assemble the furniture yourself, then the warranty is not valid!
