Very tasty steaks. Very tasty hookahs. Great interior. Lovely and helpful staff. I give 5 points for these parameters. The average check is 20-25 000, but of course it can be cheaper.
If we look at everything as a whole, then alcohol and the rest of the menu are controversial. Alcohol is exactly what is expensive, however, as are those dishes that are not steaks. If we take these parameters into account, then the score will decrease by 0.5-1 and a strong four will come out.

It's a cozy place, I want to come back... Good attentive service. There was a live performance by the saxophonist - I really liked it! I didn't like everything in the kitchen, the fish was not salty, in my opinion a set of chips, tortillas and chechelk is not worth 4.5 thousand tenge. But mostly everything is OK.

Yesterday (08.20) in the evening I went with my husband to this institution. The order was accepted by a girl (it turned out that she was both an administrator and a manager). During the evening, different people came up to us, there was no specific person responsible for the table. A young man was bringing dishes, some other girl came by, took a napkin.
The meat was ordered by a medium roast , one piece turned out to be overcooked, there was no blood at all. During the evening, no one came up, did not find out everything from the normal with the dish.
When it came time to pay, after seeing the additional service bill, I did not want to pay, since there was no personal service. To which the girl said that this amount included the fact that a girl passed by and took a napkin , then she began to say that she advised us to share a steak ( ❌) , although she could not have reported it. Then she said, then you will pay the price without the promotion. It seemed more than strange. Then two more young men came up and took her husband out onto the porch. As a result, they said, "you will pay anyway and you will not leave here," then the disassembly moved to the porch. They started touching her husband's clothes , turning to personalities , the girl took out a camera and began filming. A nightmare!!!! Disgusting attitude towards the guests, unprofessional solution of issues. This simply shouldn't happen in a decent institution!
