Six months ago, I had my first appointment with Zarina's doctor. I came to her with a problem that I couldn't solve for about 2 years with different dermatologists. Sarina immediately made the correct diagnosis and prescribed treatment. The treatment turned out to be effective, which made me very happy, the sore was gone. I am grateful to the clinic and personally to my doctor for their professionalism.

It's a disgusting clinic. We went to remove a wart for a child. The receptionist sat me down and told me to wait for the doctor. The doctor came up and said come in. In the middle of the consultation, the second doctor enters and begins to say that she took her clients, that is, us. As a result, we did not receive treatment, we were billed for a consultation and the second doctor, who was supposed to burn out a wart for us, refused to accept us. I approached the administrator with a request to resolve the situation, certainly I should not settle this non-professional approach to clients. But the administrator didn't do anything. I didn 't even try !!!! Disgusting!!!! Not another step into this clinic. I hope this review will be read by the Russian leadership and will take action. The child who was so stressed burst into tears because of this whole situation!!!!
