At the beginning of the next week, when it was necessary to submit documents, I dialed, replied that everything was in force and the documents had already been ordered and it remained to wait a little bit. Having clarified with a friend that a copy is made no more than two weeks, by the middle of the second week he began to worry and demand to know the deadline.... What was culturally sent to do through a request. As a result, the man did not do anything, did not plan to do anything, and all this time he was leading me by the nose. There was no point in lying, honestly saying that he would not do this, he would save time and nerves. As a result, I conclude that He is already so used to lying that He does it automatically, without even understanding where an honest answer would be more profitable.

We decided to sell our car through my car. Initially, to bribe the conditions and perseverance of managers. When placing the car on the site, no questions were asked from the manager about the condition and characteristics of the car. When trying to tell everything on his own, the manager said that he knows everything himself (very strange, since many functions were added independently). The next day it was necessary to get to the car, the car was clean (after washing) when opening the door, it was noticed that the openings were not dried, respectively, the door seals were frozen. This could lead to their damage. After a while, the condition of the car on the site was checked again. The car was all dusty and streaked from ramming. The car stood for more than a month and during this time there was no feedback from the manager at all!!! It was decided to pick up the car and sell it yourself. We discussed in advance with the manager the time when we would arrive for the car. Upon arrival, it turned out that the car was not prepared for recoil and in general it had a battery at 0!!! The employees tried to "light up" without knowing the specifics of this car, but everything was in vain. When trying to solve this issue "on the shore", the employees offered to leave the car for further charging of the battery and the arguments that they would not be able to do this brought their own and insisted that the car be left. The car was taken away and upon arrival home and turning off the car, it no longer "started up". In addition, a dent on the door was noticed from the careless opening of the next car door. The manager who drove the car more or less tried to settle the conflict, but the top-ranking manager insisted that the situation was exaggerated. After that, getting in touch with them, to resolve this issue, everyone was fed breakfast and a month later the issue was not resolved in any way! The dent on the door remained, the battery had to be taken to the service, although there is a clause in the contract that the company undertakes to monitor the condition of the car and the battery. There were no impressions of the site. I will not recommend them to my friends in any case. I wish you to be more customer-oriented and fulfill all the points of your contract.

Terrible service. Never give your car there unless you want it to be returned to you in terrible condition. We gave the car for sale, the contract was drawn up for 45 days. The condition of the car was satisfactory. There was a bit of rust and in some places the paint was swollen (hood). The car was taken away in the most terrible condition. It was as if someone had scratched the car with nails on purpose, the paint on the car was completely erased in some places, strange sounds appeared in the car when driving. Of course, no one would have bought it for the price we indicated. When you talk to the sales manager (Philip), he pretends to be a fool, supposedly the car was standing in the sun and everything happened from that.(although the car was parked in a closed parking lot), and there would not have been such scratches all over the body in the sun. When they took the car from us, the driver filmed everything, then abruptly the video disappeared from them. They just do such a mess. And then how can you entrust a car to some car dealership. Manager Philip, in general, basically sold the car it is unclear how. When they asked to lower the price, they had to call several times and remind them about it. That he would fix the cost. A terrible car dealership and an appeal to people who want to sell their car. I don't know about other car dealerships, but it's better not to apply here.
I also want to supplement what was given with a new battery, it was changed there. After picking up the car, we arrived home, after which the car did not start, we had to buy a new battery.
