It's a medium-level cafe, and they don't pretend to be a restaurant. Crowded means there are regular customers who appreciate the quality of the food.
Cons: apart from shish kebab, there is nothing from Uzbek cuisine. Well, at least they added pilaf and samshki. People mostly come to a barbecue with vodka.
Pros: it's inexpensive and very quick to cook in 15-20 minutes, and the meat is fresh and delicious!

Very tasty, I recommend it. They cook quickly. There are many varieties of shish kebab. I recommend Napoleon and lump mutton. I recommend everything else too. The portions are small, the same everywhere in other kebabs, we took a little bit of this and that and in the end we all ate heartily. In terms of price, the lower limit of prices when compared in general in Samarkand.

A great cafe near the Hilton. Perfectly cooked meat at a reasonable price. A very good option for lunch in the center.
