A cozy hotel. The rooms are clean. There is shampoo, shower gel and soap in the bathroom.
There were 6 recorded glasses of water and two small juices in the fridge at once - it's free. Water was reported every day, 2 glasses each. 😂 in the lobby, where breakfast is served, there is a water cooler freely available. 👍🏻 at the reception they will always help you solve any questions. 👍🏻 They just gave you an IstambulCard, you didn't have to buy it. We replenished it, used transport, then returned it.
The breakfasts were standard, we only had enough eggs in any form, hot snacks in the form of mushrooms, sausages, potatoes with vegetables, cheeses, vegetables, olives, several types of delicious olives, sweets, in general, we had a hearty breakfast and walked quietly until dinner. We left the hotel in the morning and returned only in the evening. One day we wanted to go to the hammam. The hotel does not have one, but the reception quickly offered several options. We took an inexpensive one, a car was sent for us, and after the hammam they took us back. We drove for 5 days. And on the second day, we decided to take an all-day tour: the first half of the day around Fatih, the second half of the day along the Bosphorus with lunch. Lunch on the ferry was a surprise in a good way 👍🏻
Overall, we were satisfied with everything. I recommend the hotel. There are a lot of attractions within walking distance.
Convenient location, clean, friendly staff, delicious breakfast. If I'm still in Istanbul, I'll probably come to this hotel, but I'll ask you not to turn on the air conditioner :).Maybe it's my specific reaction to catch an infection from air conditioners in hotels, but maybe it will help someone, do not turn on air conditioners for heat in hotels, I think they are rarely cleaned.
A great place: the cost, location, condition of the room, cleanliness, responsiveness of the staff and, of course, breakfast - 5 stars.
If you're lucky, you can find a room for one for $25.
Minus one - the windows of the single rooms overlook the courtyard, where the climate control units are located, the noise from which will not give you the opportunity to stay in silence with the window open. That is, you will have to sleep without fresh air.
In all other respects, I am completely satisfied and ready to recommend MAYA Hotel.
Everything is fine! I recommend it! The staff can speak Russian. The breakfasts may not be particularly tasty, but you can have a hearty breakfast and stomp at least until the evening to see the sights. It is very convenient to call a taxi to the airport at the reception!
The hotel gets us a solid 4 points.
The rooms are tired, you can't count on a new interior here.
But! Everything is very clean, the beds are comfortable, the breakfast is monotonous, but in 4 days I did not get tired.
Drinks in the fridge are included in the price.
The staff is very friendly, there are Russian speakers.
If you take into account the fact that in Istanbul you only sleep and have breakfast in a hotel, this is quite a decent price offer.
Stayed for 2 nights. A small room, there is a TV, refrigerator, air conditioning. 5 minutes from the hotel there is a metro and tram stop. There are many cafes, shops, pharmacies, and exchangers nearby. A good breakfast.
Minus - there is no kettle in the room.
The interiors are tired, the repairs are stale. But, the friendly and hospitable staff, the price is budget, the location is central, near the metro. I was pleasantly surprised.

Good location, good breakfast. The rooms are small and there are no hygiene kits in the shower.
The hotel is generally not bad. The price is acceptable. The room is of course very small. The service is good. There are no electric kettles in the rooms. For four.
The friendly staff, as if they were just waiting for us.
The price-quality ratio is excellent.
The sights can be reached on foot or by metro or tram.
There are breakfasts.
