A great family hotel. Very hospitable people. The biggest plus is the presence of a large outdoor pool and sauna/hammam. Everything is on top. The room is large, and the breakfast is homemade.
The only disadvantage is the distance from the center, but this is compensated by a cheap taxi (less than 100 rubles) and the presence of a large swimming pool and a house territory.
With such a high temperature outside, it is better to live with the opportunity to swim, taking a taxi to the center, than in a hot, stuffy center. Relatively close to the house is a neighborhood with cheap local cafes. One of which was recommended to us by the owner of the hotel. We were shocked by the prices compared to the center.

My husband and I did not leave the guest house, but our family.
MatLuba and Firuz surrounded us with care, love, and homemade breakfasts!
We had the best sauna in our lives and the most delicious tea, slept soundly in a spacious room and swam in a cool pool.
I had tears in my eyes when I had to leave, we extended and postponed the departure 2 times to enjoy the energy of this place.
We will come back here, I hope we will stay for a month.

It's a very cool place. There is everything for your comfortable rest and stay. There is also a barbecue area. Two large pools. Sauna and hammam. Recreation areas. Firuz, the owner of the house, is a great guy. Everything is organized at the highest level. A very hospitable family, just like everywhere else in the east.
If to Bukhara, then only here.

Nice place, spacious. This is a huge private house where the owner lives with his family. There is a large swimming pool in the courtyard, there are saunas, a place for cooking kebabs and so on. It's cool at night in September, so the water in the pool is cold.

A great place to relax. Comfortable, cozy. The pool is cleaned daily. The bed is dry, white cotton. Breakfast: porridge, omelette, fried eggs (optional), tea, bread, butter, cheese, local sweets (nuts in sugar), dried fruits.

The fact corresponds to the photo, but in the 2-room room there was neither a closet nor a hair dryer, you can't lean on the countertop - the table is broken. There are 2 kitchens on the territory, but for some reason only one was used together with the owners at the same time, the owner's children run to the kitchen at any time, climb with their feet on the table... On the first day, breakfast was good: oatmeal with milk was delicious, pancakes, fruits, on the second day for some reason only one fried egg, on the third day semolina porridge, when the pan was put on plates, the hostess came and said she would put it on herself, because not everyone had eaten yet🤷♀️ What a scarce delicacy! One bag of green tea was brewed for us on a liter kettle, well, what kind of tea is this? Having paid for breakfast in addition to accommodation, they felt like poor relatives, on whom they stupidly save. You can use the owner's washing machine, but with your own powder!The situation is being pulled out by a sauna, a Jacuzzi and a swimming pool, there are 2 of them on the territory, and the owner positioned one of them as exclusively male☝️But it was idle without water, and therefore local boys and an artel of construction men swam together with vacationing women and children - it was very pleasant: you are alone with a child and there are a lot of local men around who behaved as if they were in a men's pool: they dived from the sides directly onto the vacationers' heads! Before leaving, the owner rolled up with an offer to move to another room, because other tenants will come in at 2 a.m., and nothing that we have paid for before 12 p.m. can now be ignored with our interests? It is a very uncomfortable holiday, it is far from the Turkish service.
