We had a rest on August 24. I liked everything. The proximity to the beach, there is cleanliness. Sun beds are free for guests. The hotel is clean and quiet. It's a little far from cafes and other entertainment venues. For a relaxing holiday.
We stayed at this hotel in September 2024. I liked the hotel, clean spacious rooms, cleaning every day, change of towels. Linen is changed every 3 days. The room has air conditioning, hairdryer, refrigerator, TV. Free WI-FI, but it works unstable, intermittently. just like on the beach. The beach is 3-5 minutes from the hotel, free sun beds when staying at this hotel, a canopy to protect from the sun. The beach is with a large nut, the sea is clean.
Among the disadvantages of the hotel: very good audibility, the walls are thin, so snoring, talking, neighbors' footsteps, closing/opening the doors - you can hear everything. Upon check-in, there were two 0.5L bottles of drinking water, shampoo and soap in the bathroom. No more drinking water or soap supplies were given out. A room without a balcony lacks a wardrobe.
The breakfasts are hearty, but monotonous, eggs / porridge, sausages, sausage / cheese, instant tea/ coffee. Lovers of natural coffee - bring with you drip bags or for brewing in a mug.
There is hot water, tea and instant coffee in the smoking room at any time of the day.
In the evening, music is sometimes turned on, but at 22.00 everything is turned off, and overstayed and noisy companies are asked to observe silence.
I really like the hotel and Gudauta itself. We stayed here twice - in 2019 and in 2023.Over the years, the hotel has changed for the better - the beach has been expanded and rebuilt, and the service has improved.I like that the hotel is made of natural wood, built with a soul. The room has everything you need - a refrigerator, air conditioning, TV, hairdryer, safe, small dryer. One of the disadvantages is that there is no closet in the room with a balcony, they asked for a floor hanger. There is a swimming pool, a small playground, a game room above the dining room, and a covered gazebo.Tea and coffee are available in the public domain, as well as paid drinks from the refrigerator.Beach towels are provided.Excellent beds, mattresses and bedding, very comfortable and comfortable to sleep.Towels are changed regularly, bed linen is changed every 5 days. The Jacuzzi was removed.Daily cleaning service. The hotel is located in a green area, next to Kate Park. The breakfasts are not bad.Not too diverse, but without pretensions.Mini buffet.Boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, omelets, sausages, casseroles, buns, cottage cheese, vegetables, cheese, sausage. We went to Nika for lunch and dinner, I really like hashlama, boats, borscht, pilaf, potatoes in a rustic way, meat in French, meat in Abkhazian, frying pans, beer from ice glasses,porridge,pancakes,chebureks...The biggest disadvantage is that after the construction of the hotel Russia, the sea became bad.It was perfect for the first week, and then the sewer began to pull and began to nail garbage and smelly foam.We were in the car, we left for Pitsunda. If the sea is a priority for you, I can no longer recommend Gudauta. The border (Gyachripsh, Tsandripsh) and Pitsunda (including Ldzaa) are the only places with the clearest sea and civilization (in my opinion)
