I don't know how to describe it. I've eaten here three times, mostly combos. Club sandwich, classic and with a hamburger. All the times the fries were cold, and the portion of potatoes was ridiculously small, 12-17 sticks.
There are always some personalities in the hall who take up a lot of space and do not eat anything. They just look around, and sometimes they see someone eating and chatting. All the times the hall was dirty, the dust was not wiped clearly, the floors were not washed. The light is dimmed, but the dirt of the room is still visible. The tables are arranged stupidly according to the principle of "planting more people". There are no partitions, divisions or minimal privacy, you sit in plain sight as if naked, as in a cheap canteen. The hamburger and sandwich were delicious, but the cutlet tastes like a cow, some may not like it.
The main disadvantage for me personally is poorly placed tables, redevelopment is needed.
The location is great. The staff is nice. It seems they have self-service everywhere. The atmosphere and interior are pleasant. It doesn't hurt my eyes. The food is delicious. Quite a famous institution. The prices are reasonable. They cook quickly, this is typical of such establishments.
