From all that the Matrix provider answers to its customers, we can conclude that we do not have such a provider - whatever the problem, it's all Lugak's fault, and the Matrix is not responsible for anything. The tariff is 50, but in fact 1-5 in the evening, and naturally, Lugak is to blame! And why do I pay the tariff in full to the Matrix provider, despite the fact that I get a speed of 1/25??! I have a contract with whom: with Lugakom or Matrix??!

And no recalculation! Only if the Internet was absent for at least five days, as specified in the contract! The rates are relatively expensive! Try to express dissatisfaction with the quality of services provided in their VK group - they may be banned for an absurd reason! I would rather Megalink burst into Alchevsk, I will say goodbye to the Matrix! The main page of the provider was abandoned, now it is in terrible condition, the design was developed by some blind granny, and, apparently, she also chose the fonts. Again, illiterate employees post the news, and you can't leave comments there, since even the captcha no longer works. And the news is primarily posted in the VK group, although the primary source is the provider's personal website, while important news on the provider's resource may not be posted at all!
The staff are incredibly rude, they don't explain anything, they don't want to do anything, you need to fire them!!!!
