There are no complaints about the doctors, everything is fine in this regard. After changing the administrator, he will call the clinic after 17.00 or just a quest on weekends. They don't pick up the phone, the answering machine goes off, and sometimes you wait more than 10 minutes. They also don't call back. Messages in messengers are also not answered. But how to confirm the reception, they call almost three weeks in advance (although more recently the confirmation of the reception came via SMS). Repeatedly, without getting through to the administrator, I had to call my doctor for an appointment. I believe that everyone should do their job, and once again I don't want to bother my doctor just because the administrator doesn't perform his duties well.

I signed up for an acute pain removal. The record is for 18/30. I came into the office at a little after seven.
It's worth saying that I'm afraid of dentists, so I was shaking and nervous under the office for half an hour. I understand that there is a problem with another patient, but you could have warned me about it at the reception - I would have gone for a walk, sat in the car.
There are no questions about the reception, a very pleasant surgeon doctor and a nurse calmed me down, they were friendly. They persuaded me to treat the tooth, not to remove it.
OK, I trust the doctors. A therapist was called. A female doctor came in, looked at my picture and, without contacting me, began to discuss my situation with the words "well, if she (I) says she is in pain," "well, if she (I) agrees to treat, "everything is terrible for her here," as if I was not in the office.
It's also okay, maybe doctors with a lot of experience lose their ethics in the process. I'll get over it.
She thanked me, paid something at the reception in the amount of 46 rubles (for the picture, probably), and left. They didn't give me the picture, but I was worried and forgot about it.
But after a few days I needed him and I went to the clinic to get him. I waited and took my picture on the disk. I went with him to another dentist, and he turned out to be clean, without an appointment. It was very awkward. I had to make a new one, since I didn't have time to go and find out how it happened.
This is the most expensive blank disc in my life.
