I brought a 4-month-old puppy 2 years ago - I left it for 5 days, they did not cure it, the price of the issue died along with the disposal of the body 38,000 tenge (stripping). They also took Tobet the puppy- he also died, the Mastino clinic did not cure any of the puppies (both were sick with distemper)....now they have Malinois - relatives took 3 puppies from one litter- ticks bit, distemper, flu, 2 malinois puppies were sick for 4 months - they were taken to the Cat and the Dog and thank God they are still alive....Mastino did not save our pets, although it is 2-3 times more expensive there, the cost of servicing 7000 we paid per day, and in the Cat and dog from 2500-3500 and everyone is alive...The result is expensive-it does not mean professionally and efficiently.
I will never contact Mastino again, okay, the price is the result of 0....Tobet died first, then VEO - although VEO had 2 vaccinations....The puppies were very thoroughbred, imported and expensive, it was a pity to lose them...

And the prices are fully adequate. Only they are now in the lower part of the city, a little far away. It's expensive to get there without a personal car!
The Mastino Veterinary Clinic is not a clinic, it's a NIGHTMARE. After my visit there, I got the impression that the doctors of this clinic are faced with the task not to cure sick animals, but to charge their owners more money. On October 15, 2019, I brought a sick dog to Mastino, the reception was conducted by a female doctor. After measuring the dog's temperature, looking at its eyes and teeth, but without doing any tests, the doctor diagnosed the dog with meningitis. I asked a question about the tests, to which the doctor replied that the diagnosis was visible without any tests. After that, she wrote out a prescription for a bunch of medications that needed to be injected into the dog with injections into the withers and intramuscularly, 4 injections daily and said that she was waiting for the dog to be examined in three days. At the same time, for an incorrect diagnosis and temperature measurement, the dog asked for four thousand tenge. On the third day of the prescribed treatment, the dog stopped not only getting up, but also moving, and also did not react to anything. And it was only thanks to the veterinarians of another clinic that the dog was saved, whose chances of recovery, after treatment in Mastino, were minimal. Advice - if you want to ruin your animals or send them to another world, then you are on your way to Mastino, to such doctors.

The clinic works on downloading money. While you're paying, they're doing something, but to no avail. And then they demand even more money. I will never turn to them, and I do not advise you. The prices, by the way, are twice as high as in other clinics.
A visual diagnosis was made. They didn't examine it in any way. The wrong treatment was prescribed. It's good that we decided to go to the Biorhythm clinic - our kitty was saved there!
