The sole of my shoes cracked, I brought these shoes to the master, he said that it could be repaired, he had already started to place an order, but asked when I bought them. It turned out that 2 years have not passed since the purchase and the shoes can be returned under warranty to the store, the master returned the shoes to me. I Googled and made sure that this was the case, according to the law on consumer protection, it is possible to return low-quality shoes, which I did, fortunately I kept the receipt and the box. The money was returned, I bought new shoes. But the master could not talk about the guarantee, do the job and get the money. My respects! And the master is actually excellent, there are many people in our area who turn to him, everyone is happy, repairs shoes well and inexpensively.
