Expensive, price/quality mismatch
We did the job, and after a week and a half of constant wear, it got layered. When it exfoliated, it was clear that there was no declared firing - a clean fluff with unburned edges climbed. All the same things were subsequently made 3.5 times cheaper in a workshop closer to home. Nothing has come apart or peeled off in three months.
Payment was made in cash only - I had to walk half the city to withdraw the money. Transfer - no, top up your phone - no, zero customer orientation. I recommend that your friends do not contact here.

Terrible quality of service. I brought my wife's bag, the belt came off in the bag, in fact, the repair took 10 minutes, because the line just broke. They said to come back in THREE!!! of the day. To my indignation, why did it take so long for a minute-long repair, the answer was "Did I come here and wait for you all day?". Rudeness, incompetence, payment only in cash (in 2025), and the price for repairs was announced 2 times higher than in other similar repairs. In general, I don't recommend it. This was my second visit to this place, and the story is pretty much the same, never set foot there again.
Disgusting service, 2 jackets were brought, on Thursday, they said to come on Monday at any time, it will be ready,
we came, not only did they not come up to us right away, but the employees together, as I understand it, stood with the director and discussed utility bills, then 10-15 minutes were looking for jackets all over the workshop ... and more it turned out that the jackets were not ready !!!
Instead of apologizing and saying a new deadline, the staff discussed the deadlines with the director for another 10 minutes and why it happened, the master is also flying in the clouds, does not know how much time she needs for sewing !!!
In the end, I'm not sorry, they said "you want to carry in another", "we don't know how much time it will take, we have a lot of work, call on Wednesday and clarify whether she is ready or not"!!!

I gave the guitar case for repair, to patch it up. I am very happy with the work, everything was done as I asked, and in some places I even wondered how it turned out so cool. At first, I carried it just to save time, I thought that I could do the repairs at home myself)) Yeah, right now. The master was really pleased.
Before that, I wore it to several other places, but they twisted their noses there, they say, it's difficult, tight, we won't sew, we can't.
I read the positive reviews and went to the workshop, which is not near the house at all. Imagine my disappointment when I arrived there and saw a closed door and a sign that Sunday was a day off. Why is there a different schedule on the website? Sorry for the time spent...
They gave away the skins.the folder is under repair (pen replacement). They did it with a bang. They even called us to clarify the details. I will only carry it there.
