And so they brought me not an armchair, but a set of parts, and a very friendly and polite courier convinced me that I could handle it myself, but I was horrified at the sight of all this, because I don't understand anything about it and I don't want to understand it!!!! And I have a question, why didn't the manager warn me about this on the phone? I wouldn't have ordered a chair in this place then. Further more, I ordered a Prima chair on the website, and they brought me a completely different one according to my passport! How is it? Well, I have questions about the documentation of this transaction. I won't order here anymore.
