We have been waiting for 1.5 hours
So our breakfast still hasn't arrived!!!!!
Some kind of unfortunate scrambled eggs and cheesecakes, what is difficult and long to prepare???
At the checkout they said that they would wait 40 minutes, I go up to the waiter after 53 minutes, I say and how much longer to wait, he laughs in response and says well, you don't wait an hour, but 53 minutes, after 30 minutes I call the second waiter He just walks up and starts grinning
Inadequate staff, inadequate management that is greedy for an increase in the number of staff: if your staff does not have time to work for such a large flow of people, then you should think about it, and not save and put only money in your pocket!!
We will never come here again in our lives, and I advise all my friends to avoid this place. The whole breakfast was ruined, it was already time for lunch instead of breakfast

The cozy room (though small) is delicious, the pastries are also good, but there were a couple of cases when they were served not fresh but warmed.
It's always crowded.

At the moment, my favorite place in Almaty. Breakfasts are not expensive and hearty, with a special offer for coffee - in general, nothing else is needed.
The guys are very friendly and polite. The atmosphere is very inviting.
