I took the laser level while in the store, clarified the configuration and battery charge, the package included, they said that only the level and the tripod, the battery is fully charged. I arrive at the facility, an hour and the level is discharged. I call them, they answer that there is both charging and spare batteries (18650) in the case, I answer that no one gave them to me (either they forgot, although I clarified while there, or it was just all in another place and they decided to give a fuck, just to take the money). Since it was already evening, of course they did not work, but they went to a meeting, promised to give an extra day, I think well, okay, at least I lost time (the work was not done without a laser) well, okay, it does not happen to anyone. I arrive the next day, they give me everything you need, but they did not add a day, but said that the time is counted from the moment the additional kit was issued, they did not answer my claims that why they did not give everything at once, because of them I lost my shift and my time arriving for the leftovers, they did not really answer me. After a little skirmish, they decided that they would return my money to me, and I would give them a tool.
Then the most interesting thing begins) I call all the rents of the city, and everywhere it is not, then it is broken, etc., I call from another number and everything is already there and working))) Well done guys! I advise you not to contact this charade, they do not keep their words, and they do not notice their mistakes. And rents listen less to these characters, I wonder what they said about me)
