Incompetent sellers. We have come across this repeatedly. Instead of studying the products and their characteristics, they sit and gossip. Be careful, we took the goods according to the invoice, so our money went to another Master, to a completely different city ... 2 stars for parking and a good assortment. Updated on 04/02/25: One star. Change the staff, or send them to courses on business ethics. Figuring things out between each other and swearing obscenities in front of a client and his child is the BOTTOM ... you won't get far with such a team... Look at the security cameras for 03/31/2025 in the area of the ticket office (reception) around 10:00.

Delivery takes 3 hours, although they said the car would arrive quickly. And for Roller Coasters, this is not fast. Legal entities are served in non-queue, individuals will wait. I've never seen such horror anywhere in gorki. When checking out to the client, they do not call, but they call when they are already near the client, although it was indicated to call in advance! Bought by Prof. Pipes. But they brought rotten plastic pipes in terrible condition. The delivery dropped to the ground and left. Nerves are more important, we just draw conclusions and there was no repeated contact to the store for the condition of the pipes. Well, I think blind people don't work there, and it was done on purpose, but a friend will take a ride. It's just awful!!!! Take care of your nerves, comrades, and I advise you not to visit this store. Store management, please tell me where such Prof. pipes can be used?
