It's a very good clinic. I started my teeth, and now I'm undergoing a wide variety of treatments: implants, dental shape restoration, crowns, dental fillings, gum repair (with tissue removal for transplantation), bone augmentation, and veneers. I am quite satisfied with the quality and cost of services.
The technical equipment of the clinic is very good, there is a possibility of treatment under a microscope. The doctors are qualified and attentive. I am writing this review after the treatment, three months later. I think now is the time to share my opinion, as all emotions have subsided, and the initial euphoria, disappointment and anger have passed. It remains only to accept this unacceptable fact.…
I chose this clinic based on a recommendation. Initially, I liked the warm welcome at the clinic, the efforts of the medical staff and the administrator. The smiling and prompt administrator is always ready to help, in addition to administrative work, she can sweep the floor, replace the doctor, and be an assistant, etc.
Since there was a constant staff turnover at the clinic, I didn't even have time to memorize the names of the attending doctors. The only permanent staff were the chief physician (the clinic's owner), my orthodontist, and the administrator.
Now for more details!
So, once again I came to my appointment about the filling of one of my teeth, and they didn't warn me that it wasn't my doctor who would see me. I didn't even know that a pediatric dentist would see me. After some time, there was a problem with the same tooth, which was treated by a pediatrician — a fistula appeared on the gum. When asked what to do about this problem, chief physician Hayk Manukyan replied: "Nothing is needed, the body will cope on its own, you don't even need to drink antibiotics." (This is the response of the chief physician with more than 30 years of experience, as he himself reports on his Instagram page). But the problem didn't resolve itself, and living with pus in my mouth is not the most pleasant feeling, especially considering that I paid a lot of money for treatment.…
I had to apply for paid consultations in other clinics (during this period I was in the Russian Federation, St. Petersburg). Of course, all the doctors I contacted laughed at the chief physician's response that the body would cope on its own, and explained that this problem arose due to improper treatment, and it was no longer possible to save this tooth. I had to have a tooth removed. Probably, a pediatric dentist should treat children, not adults. As a result, I paid AMD 50,000 for the treatment of this tooth, about 10,000 rubles for consultations and tooth extraction, and an implant has yet to be installed. Calculate for yourself how much harm you have done to the patient.
It's about therapeutic treatment in this clinic. Now about orthodontics.
I went to the clinic with the only request: is it possible to move the wisdom tooth to the place of the missing tooth, since I did not want to put an implant (due to the peculiarities of my body, which I explained in detail to the doctors). I am not an orthodontist, and it is possible that my request was incorrect, and it is impossible to move the wisdom tooth. But I turned to specialists. Could you explain to me that this is impossible and not deceive the patient?
They replied that yes, it is possible, since the wisdom tooth is healthy and can serve as a full-fledged chewing tooth. I agreed to the treatment. I had a wisdom tooth filling and a braces system. Time passes, I regularly go to braces activation and realize that there is no movement with this wisdom tooth. I ask the doctor when we'll start moving this tooth, and I get another brilliant answer.: "We can't move this tooth, it's a very long time and to no avail, we need at least seven years to move it at least a little..."
Why am I being told about this after braces are installed? I'm not arguing, maybe it's really impossible, but why wasn't this told in advance, but during the treatment process? If I had been told in advance, I would have made a different decision: I would have put veneers instead of these braces and would not have suffered with them for three years to no avail. "It would be better to have two canine teeth sharpened and veneers put on, and in two weeks I would get a beautiful smile."
As a result, what we have: despite the fact that our caps were removed after braces, my teeth returned almost to their original position, the wisdom tooth remained in place, and it turns out that the therapist and the orthodontist did not cope with their task. Now I have to install two implants. Why did I pay you so much money?
Obviously, the orthodontist was too quick to remove the braces. I understand everything, but I signed a contract with the clinic, not with a specific doctor. Despite the dismissal of the doctor or vacation, the clinic must provide full-fledged and high-quality service.
Apart from the wisdom tooth problem, I think the result would have been much better if it hadn't been for the doctor's rush. Since the doctor worked hard, I have two opinions.…
