The kitchen is great, delicious. We were sitting on the outdoor veranda, the girl was singing songs. On the downside, either the staff is not very experienced, or this is the norm here, but the waitress took the order, then she didn't bring ours, went to double-check, was very unsure, maybe it was just recently working. Overall, the impression is good, as the food is very tasty, although the wait is long.

We came to Vitebsk on tour, decided to brighten up the farewell to the city by going to this institution. Apparently in vain: firstly, when accepting the order, the waiter announced the waiting time of 30 minutes. After that, the time changed to 20, although why? It's not clear, because not one of the promises will be fulfilled. Secondly, I ordered cheese and mushroom soup, after 20 minutes of waiting, I found out that it was not there, I ordered pumpkin soup, after another 5-7 minutes I found out that it was not there either. Why don't your waiters know the stop list for the day? Thirdly, during the order, I asked for more iced water, after the second unsuccessful soup (they have been carrying water for a minute for 30 minutes), I ask where she is, apparently the girl did not remember about her at all... After 55 minutes, my rice finally arrived! This is a victory! Why not be happy? Oh yes, while they were carrying him, my whole company ate and ten people waited until I ate this unfortunate rice. If we were assessing disrespect, ignorance and deep anti-professionalism, then I would undoubtedly give you five stars.

Today I visited this place at the gastrofest and was delighted!Everything is fine with the dishes, I especially liked the service from the waiter, Alexey! I created an atmosphere of coziness and comfort, thank you!
