They say - "The theater begins with a hanger," but I think the shopping center begins with toilets, and the toilets in the March shopping center are disgusting, however, as in the Central Department Store, since these two buildings have the same owner. And I think that both toilets and their cleaning are not at the top of the list, so that people would be comfortable and hidden to enter these rooms. Otherwise, it's just an average shopping center without frills and expensive boutiques, as well as there are practically no places near boutiques (benches, ottomans, etc.) where you can just sit, wait, perhaps the administration has some thoughts of its own about this, but it's terribly inconvenient especially when you're waiting for someone, and you don't want to eat or drink. There are constant traffic jams and confusion in the parking lot in front of the shopping center, as a result of ill-considered parking. Among the advantages: a nice, cozy restaurant "Velvet" with a wonderful interior and kitchen. For those who want something simpler, a big, good food court.
There is a nice cozy cinema, a supermarket and an underground parking lot in which, finally, after many years, the payment system was brought to mind.
