I took an excursion to Istanbul at this agency.
This was in my plans and the approximate price tag was known.I gave $ 235, maybe you can find it cheaper, but I didn't.
The trip is like this - they say the day before (they send a message), when the transfer arrives (I have 2:55) we gather people around Kemer, we go to Antalya airport.They meet us there, glue a sticker with a number to each, tell the check-in desk and the flight number.We receive two tickets at once at the reception (round trip).We are waiting for the announcement of the boarding gate, we are waiting for boarding, we are flying.Our flight was delayed for an hour and a half, we had to sit and wait. I bought coffee in a cafe, asked for Wi-Fi, was given it, shared it with my neighbors on the trip.We arrive, they meet us, take us to the bus.In total, there were three buses, exactly-two Russian-speaking and one Polish.We are going from the airport to Istanbul.On the way, the guide tells you.That's where the sadness is.The guide is Turkish, not very good in Russian. It's not that it's really bad, but I was really hoping for a native speaker!
He immediately offers those who wish an evening boat trip along the Bosphorus.This is not included in the price and is charged additionally.
We stop at the sweets and spices store (of course), then the Sultan Ahmed Mosque. Women can wear jeans, but they must cover their heads, and closed clothes.The handkerchief is given out at the entrance, then taken away.
Then lunch, exit to the square between Sultan Ahmed Mosque and Hagia Sophia.We were given some free time-we went to the hotel terrace, made a video, then found a wonderful pastry shop and drank Turkish coffee there.
We returned and went to Hagia Sophia.Then the Top Cape Palace (very impressed!), then dinner (drinks are paid separately), we go back.Some travel by ship through the Bosphorus, some by bus through the city.
We meet, we go to the airport. We unload, wait for the plane, fly to Antalya, get on our transfer (on the way to the airport, the guide explained who has which bus), go to the hotels.
Everything is fine, but the Russian guide, of course, leaves much to be desired.
And, absolutely (!) by the same route, buses, planes, with the same guide, all those who bought a tour of the hotel guide (as a rule, more expensive) and the rest go.

But first, keep in mind that Mars travel is a franchise, and every Turkish tourist can buy it, which they do. Mars Travel's main office is not interested in what their franchisees do, as long as they pay the dough. From this, accordingly, you see a lot of Mars travel (after all, everyone can buy their franchise for $ 2500), and not ginza (although these have been on the market for 20 years and the quality of services is monitored). As you know, the quality also suffers from such a number of points, and if you throw, you can't prove anything. So, the whole story. We bought an excursion to demre from them first, everything was normal there, it seemed that conscientious people.Next, we wanted to go diving, see the sunken ship. We had to get to Antalya, we wanted to rent a car from them, but they were not there. And then the owner of the point (Aladdin) offered an individual transfer to a place in Antalya, and at a cost like for renting a car (5000 rubles), they took it. For the diving itself, at first they said the price was $ 20 per person, and then they said 350 lire per person, there were two of us, they gave 700 lire for it. Okay, OK.We arrived at the point, there is a small submarine and a Russian girl, Alexandra. We see that Aladdin gives her 400 lire. When asked by Alexandra, she replied 400 lire, which means Comrade Aladdin put 300 lire in his pocket. Well, that's fine, although it would be better to say honestly that this is their commission, but they denied it. The joke is not in this, but in the fact that there is no diving on this submarine-you just go down on it and watch the sunken ship for 10 minutes. We weren't the only ones on this submarine (it's a popular divorce). It is worth noting that the owner of the point Aladdin and his daughter Ismina know Russian very well, and it was discussed with them 5 times that diving was needed and I am sure that the word diving is clear to everyone. Thus, they could not confuse anything, but they were specially taken there to sell their "individual tour". I called him, we argued with him for a long time, from his arguments:"I canceled my safari for which I could get $350 for you." It is clear that none of the entrepreneurs would have exchanged $ 350 for 500 lira. Further, he said that he did not know at all what his daughter had sold there, blamed everything on her, she on the guide, from whom she allegedly bought this "very difficult tour". They said that we did not understand them correctly (how could we not understand when everything was discussed 5 times). In fact, they refused to regulate the situation. I suggested a solution - take us diving and forget or refund the money for this submarine, they refused, were indignant and tried to make us guilty. The result is this- in no case should you go to them and to Mars travel. Go to Ginza, if anything, it will be possible to resolve the situation there (we went to them that year). In Mars, no one cares, the main thing is not the return of customers for purchases, but an instant sale.
