A great place with a pleasant atmosphere. Friendly staff, delicious cuisine, the dishes arrive quickly. The music is calm, the menu is bright and convenient. I would especially like to mention the excellent work of the waiter Dimash. I recommend you to visit!

There are shortcomings, but taking into account the "fast food" and prices, I'll give 5. This place is about eating and gorging. That is, not about haute cuisine. All dishes are brought when ready. At the same time, the staff was polite and tactful; dishes and napkins were cleaned in a timely manner, which is not always seen in restaurants. The feed is fast. Fish: juicy, tender, the taste of fish is present, but the salad does not suit it at all, lemon does not give sourness. The tea is delicious. Dessert is a small piece, but it is justified by the price; delicious, juicy, tender, the sweetness is minimal.

I am very disappointed. But I loved this place from the very opening and told all my friends that there are no better doners in the city and sauces are cooked right there. After a while, the doners deteriorated, gave this place a break for about a year. I was a couple of days ago, the administrator was an adult woman of European appearance, very polite, they greeted me, invited me to the table, the waiters ran around with her, they ate well, but the sorpa in Kazakh was weak, the potatoes were hard, the broth was watery. Knowing that they work 24/7, I came today with my wife for a late dinner. At 1:00, the receptionist is different. We wanted to sit outside, but she said that the flight was already closing and get inside, I thought strangely and at least said hello. We sat inside, ordered a doner (delicious), yogurt kebab is weak, it was half meat-free, in Marmaris on Panfilov it is many times better, it was there that I fell in love with it, kelipacha is not about anything at all, disappointment ((( and Turkish tea oud has not been the same for a long time, nor as before. We ate and left 7,500. And the most disappointing thing in the end was that when we left the cafe at 2 a.m., 5 tables were occupied on the letnik, although we were told that they were closing the letka already. No respect for the guests, this receptionist was unprofessional, the waiters seemed to be some kind of classmates with her. To the remark that this is not done, she did not even apologize. Perhaps she divides people as something that is very upsetting ((( Decided not to set foot in Marmaris on Auezov anymore. But Panfilov is still good and the revani dessert is served there on a plate, warmed up and poured with syrup, and here they bring cold in an aluminum mold and dry. I asked why this was so, but because it was so. If you go here, then only by passing for a doner to take away. The food is very tasty, right at 10/10, the taste is unreal. The employees are polite and kind. The atmosphere is gorgeous. One of the biggest disadvantages is a long wait, you can wait 40 minutes for one doner. Unfortunately, the table is wiped with a SMELLY, DIRTY cloth. It is very unpleasant to eat at such a table. I want to share my disappointment about the service in this cafe. We had just finished the renovation of the house, and the husband was wearing old clothes. When we arrived, the guy in the kitchen answered rudely, as if the husband was a homeless man. I am shocked by this attitude. We came here specifically to buy a doner, but after such an incident, we no longer set foot here. Especially since my husband has been buying a doner here for the last 5 years. I am very disappointed. The cafe's management should reconsider how they treat customers.

I used to love this place when we were in the next building. We often met with a friend after work and sat by the window drinking their signature tea. After that, when they had already moved in, we went to have dinner with them and were disappointed. There were only places on the lower floor, where there are no windows and bathrooms next to the tables. Stuffy, not a pleasant smell, not clean tables. The staff looked tired. I remember they waited a long time for the order. And there were a lot of chopped onions in the dish. I never went in again under the impression of what I saw. Many years have passed, maybe something has changed for the better. I hope.

We order every time in this restaurant. The last three times it was tasteless to put it mildly and the doners were made poorly!!! There was not a single vegetable, there was bitter cabbage and overcooked chicken and viesta with skin!!!
I definitely do not recommend it! We will not eat doners there anymore!!!

It is located near the house, we went to eat 3-4 times, it was delicious, even celebrated a children's birthday. That year they came in, no one came up, the waiters were called three times, they never came up, they turned to the cashier, also silence. They got up and left . Sunday afternoon, there are not many people. The staff doesn't care about the guests. With this attitude, we don't go there anymore.
